He looks like he's dragging a bit now. I'd be surprised.

Edit: Another tired pass there picked off...

Edit2: And there he goes to the bench. Solid debut.

He was Rosicky, until the commentators suddenly called him Rozitzki, so I can only assume he must have corrected them.

"Everton has clearly been the better team. Snow is starting to stick to the pitch now."

"not the most convincing GKing (punch) from Howard, but Arsenal can not get to it to convert."

    still 1-1 in the 68th.

If it's up to him, yes. Donovan is one of the fittest players I've ever seen.

67 LD back on the right.
Howard did just enough to clear a low cross. dangerous.

Donovan off at 68:15 for the Russian international Bilyaletdinov (who had started the last 6 EPL games for Everton).

For a game filled with players supposedly vastly superior to Donovan (Arshavin, Cahill, Osman, Rosicky, etc.), LD looked pretty decent, especially his passing.

I'd call that a successful debut.

Sixty-eight quality minutes, after not playing in a match of any meaning for two months. And contributing very well to Everton's attacking play.

Can't ask for anything better than that.

*hand clap* not a bad debut for Baby Jesus. He's a decent player tactically for whatever Moyes wants to do in a match. We'll see.
