    Nice Metro!:D

Will be cool for tonight I'm still happy with the win tomorrow Ill start bashing on Juve, they are first in line in my book. Personally I got iritated when Diego was labeled as the best in the world at the beginning of the season and Juve as a team to beat. I say yea right!

Milan just trashed Real on there stadium! lol :D

I must say I'm pretty impressed with there win, seems Real cant buy character!

Poor day for Kaka, suits him right for leaving them.

Obviously you didnt see the game, if you did then you would have noticed that Real had almost 60% of the ball in the 1st half, that and we played well(except for Kaka and Benzema)
and it wasnt a trash, but it was more exciting in the 2nd half
did you notice that after the 1st milan goal they started to play
it took them 60+ minutes to actually shoot on target
we had 26 in total vs their 12!
but I have to give them applause since they played alot better in the 2nd half
the person I would blame would be both Kaka and Iker
Kaka was clearly off his game and had couldnt even keep hold of the ball
Iker could have stopped the pirlo shot and he should have stayed back on the 1st Pato goal
    Drenthe impressed me the most

Yes, yes its all true Real was better and probably deserved victory. But Milan played a great match and took what Real gave them. Real just to much depends on Ronaldo + there defense is terrible. Considering how much they paid for everybody there they suck, no pass game and it seems they have a hard time pulling any pressure on better teams (Sevilla and now Milan). Individuals won't win tham anything.

Samora I like you a lot and no personal offense man but I don't like Real with there policies for players, so as much as I hate Milan I enjoyed this defeat, maybe after this they sort out there stuff and start playing better. They are to full of them self and I personally always love the underdog. They don't need a new coach they need somebody to put all those stars in there place and bench some if they don't perform well (Benzema, Kaka). And above all get rid off those stupid presidents that only care for money and profit.

Same goes for Inter from me if Eto does not rise hes game soon Ill be the first one to say bench the guy.

No personal offense. It was one hell of a match and will enjoy watching the return leg in Milan. Ill cheer for Real next time for you.

I like you alot too(im not gay) you analyze games with very little bias and you enjoy watching the beautiful game just like me
    No hard feelings dude:)

Now most of the stuff you sed is true
greedy presidents, team not playing passing football, relying on CR9
and being full of it, but we have won so many titles and expect so much so i guess we are full of it(winning):D
The defense needs time Albiol, Pepe, Marcelo, and Ramos have not started a game together, hence the lack of confidence, and this is a brand new team so dont expect alot from them(they need time just like Inter)we are rebuilding a team and i agree with you that RM dont treat their players with alot dignity but
dont be confused or fooled by other fans or the media that we are going to win everything
true fans know this is a transition year and have patience
oh and btw Barca did the same thing in 2004 when they bought alot of players and they got critisized, and RM got critisezed in 2001-2003 for the same reason(rebuilding a team cost money)
you dont have to root for RM next time if milan are playing beautifull football root for them if we are playing great then root for us :D

Where did you pull this out? Nither am I. LOL

Just for the record Juvenuts struggled to overcome Maccabi and survived some serious scares from the reports I read, Buffon was once again the best player on the pitch with Giovinco. Tells a lot about how they played + they lost Melo for some time with some injury. Now dark days in Turin become even darker for our rivals.

the way I sed it sounded kinda gay

well I didnt expect alot from them either, they have a 3 new key players to integrate into their team(canavaro, melo, diego) that and their offense is quite dissmal
Del Piero was the top goalscorer with 13 who wasnt even close to Inter/ Zlatan with 25
their other stikers are also quite dissmal
I have huge respect for Del Piero but Juve being one of the top three of Italy with such crappy strikers is very emberrasing for Seria A

Just 2 years: we're the oldest prof. team in Chile, and 2nd oldest in all of SA (behind Penarol, from Uruguay). The team has a lot of history and an important number of fans: probably 3rd or 4th in the country in that regard. Last year was the one worst ever as the team fought off relegation to the 3rd div at one point.

You shall look for us in the Libertadores in a few years time. And fwiw, guess where David Pizarro started his prof. career? He has already promised that he will come back once his contract expires with Roma (2012, I believe).

So how did they manage to make a comeback?
Bad day for madridistas today, even though we won 1-0 vs Alcorcorn(3rd division) we couldnt comeback from a 4-0 beat down in the 1st leg
    it was humiliating
I was glad VDV scored and was looking really good, since he is one of my fav. players to watch
fans are probably going to blame manuel Pelligrini for such a strange formation
im still waiting for that day when madrid become a team........

    What do you mean, bro?

That day will happen when the coach has a full say in regards to transfers and when the president of the club does not sign players before having said coach in place. Well, that's one thing that needs to happen, for sure.

How did they manage to fought off regulation and get promoted, meaning did they get new players, change of tactics, new coach?

true but i doubt thats ever going to happen in madrid
but its a great idea that schalke adopted and its working so far

The team was relegated in '07, in the midst of major financial and admin. turmoil (unpaid wages, key players sent to train with the U19s, etc...). The silver living that year was the fact that a private consortium of businessmen bought the team and took it into private ownership, which means now that the club is run as though it were a company: more accountability is one of the pluses of that (specially in South America). The country's biggest club--Colo Colo--has done the same and reaped the benefits of such an investment both on and off the field.

Going back to my team--Wanderers--we changed coach midyear and thought the current one is a bit on the "defensive" side, the fact that he achieved promotion whilst barely knowing anything about the squad and the div. is a feat that cannot be questionned. As far as the squad goes, this is def. a top flight one. I update a thread daily about my team on the Chile forum, if you guys wanna check it out and though I do so in Spanish, I can and will answer questions regarding club the in English. :)

    Who? :D

On another note, what do you guys think about Samp's recent slump? Did they peak too early/already? Is this something temporary? I did not see them as title contenders (and I still don't) but I could certainly see them finishing in the top-6. Thoughts?

Samp in the top 6? No way. They will finish behind ACM, Inter, Juve, Viola, Roma, Napoli, Genoa and Udinese for sure. I say they finish in the 9-11 range.

Schalke, the team that is 5 places above you:D

I think samp. is like hull city or hoffenheim
they make a good run and then kinda waver off and fall
I would say top ten at least
im more worried about fiorentina, ac milan and juve
ac milan since they started to get their groove back
i know juve and ac milan have the squad to compete both in europe and at home
    but what about fiorentina?

Hull City had a (really) good first 2-3 months in the EPL. Other than, they have utterly and generally sucked so they're nowhere near Samp or Hoffy, for that matter who I reckon will probably be a top-half BL side for a good while. Currently, that team has everything to stay there (at least): an attacking approach to play, good/promising young players, and a wealthy backer...ah and of course, a very nice new stadium.

For the most part, yea: essentially, I try to make sure I watch 'Pool, Inter, Dortmund, Marseille and Benfica. Pretty much, in that order. Of course, I listen to my team from Chile's game (Wanderers), so that's another 2 hrs. every weekend.
