It is pretty clear that kaka injuries have made him more aware of tackles and what they could do to him and he is now scarred by them,a bit like robben who is mentally injured anytime a team becomes physical.

I know kaka isn't there yet but robben at least tries to run at defenders still kaka just seems to wash his hands with the thought of running at defenders now days like someone said, i mean if he is going to pass the ball to granero of all people what good is he going to be for the team.

Absolutely. I'm not saying it's right but sometimes it's hard to push emotions to the side. I guess what I'm saying is Kaka is a woman :D

Did anyone see drenthe cussing kaka when he lost the ball on the counter, i definitely feel that a lot of the players really see ronaldo as the better player and tonight was a real proof of it.

How long did Zidane,Figo, Ronaldo etc. took to be at their best after coming to RM?
I think Zidane took a lot of time to gel!!!
so KAKA and XABI needs more time it seems!!! And aprt from some Lucky goals Ronaldo has not gelled yet with the team...

The problem with kaka is not about gelling really, it is about him doing what he does best and shying away from making the type of plays he best at.

When was the last time you saw kaka actually pass the ball and instead of going on the run,i am not looking for kaka to score goal after or dribble past everyone but i at least expect him to show us that amazing ball control while running at opposing teams, and unfortunately he hasn't been doing so.

Ronaldo has never been a player that dominated games but he has always had an amazing way of scoring goals but also important ones and he has pretty much been the one scoring since he has been here so you cannot put him down.

My main problem with him is his poor ball control; he loses the ball too cheaply for a player of his calibre.

Like i said he is scared that is what injuries will do to a player who is just not tough enough to handle the physical game, we better get used to it.

While I don't disagree the players see Cristiano as the better player (who doesn't?), I highly doubt Drenthe yelling at a teammate for screwing up was the reason for that.

Then again you are zinaldo, so believe what you will. Carry on.

Are you kidding me? 3 games without Ronaldo and we loose 2 and barely win 1 vs Valladolid.

If you like Kaka more just say it, but to say that Ronaldo scored "lucky" goals is just bullshit.

Thats unfair. We lost to Sevilla and AC Milan. There is nothing to say we wouldn't have lost both games with everyone being available, talk less of having CR without Kaka.

Which quality side have we beaten with CR on the pitch? We failed to score against Tenerife with CR on the field in the first half, and only got 3 goals in the second half after Kaka came on at half time. Does that make kaka the better player?

Its a team problem and not individual players.

exactly!!1 I don't think with CR in the result would have been any different, if the team is playing like this.....Opposing teams were successfull in containing Robben in the past. They can do the same with Ronaldo..

And Ronaldo once he comes back i have a feeling that he's also not gonna take risks and run at the defenders and get a knock!!!
This is WC year and all established players are playing very carefully!!
Look at Messi's game for the past few weeks...it's very clear that players do not want to get injured!!!

CR actually gives a shit about winning, something which Kaka hasn't showed yet, atleast not last night or against Sevilla.

I can't believe you think it would've been the same if we had CR.

The worst thing is it seems we depend so much on him now, i don't like that.

Doesn't matter. Players like Ronaldo, Kaka (A.C. Milan) & Messi can carry a team on their backs if they're on form. They are not called "world-class" for nothing. We might not have won, but he would certainly change the game.

Except that Ronaldo actually looks up & pass the ball. And that he actually does more than the "cut inside & let it rip" move..

why not Ronaldo (for Portugal) and Messi (for Argentina) carry their team!!!!Tell me an instance where they have done that!!!Tell me when kaka has carried Brazil on his shoulders!!!
Messi plays well for Barca, KAKA played well at AC.milan, Ronaldo eveolved as a world beater in MU...
The surroundings, the tactics and the players they work with ..all these factors make them do extraordinary things!!!Even if you put Maradonna,Zico,Platini or Pele in the center of the midfeild right now and if the team is not good in passing the ball around or if the team doesn't have a proper game plan, the results will be same.
It's the team which has to evolve!!Not any player..The players are supposed work within a successfull system..
