WTF!!!! I understand that injuries are accidents but with how "unlucky" we've been the past few years especially last season and this one. I want answers!

Believe it or not, AC Milan is my 2nd favorite team right behind Real Madrid. I've been cheering for Milan and have watched every single one of their games. Let me tell you, it has been a horrible experience. Especially since the only reason I like Milan is because Ronaldihno is one of my favorite players. I should say UNFORTUNATELY instead of ESPECIALLY, lol. Ronaldihno still has a lot of class, believe it or not. At least when he tries. This last game with Roma he was the best player on the field. I think the big problem with fat ron as he is known on the AC Milan forum, is 1) drive and 2) fitness 3) his teammates are aweful. In the last game his drive was definitely there chasing down balls and going 100%. His fitness is lacking, however. He is not fit at all, and it is absolutely amazing to see just how much speed he has lost. Think of Ronaldo if he couldn't run ---a sad sight. But the third point, he has horrible teammates. In this last game vs Roma he had beautiful passes, should have led to 3 goals, and instead only led to 1 goal by Pato. Against Real, I must say that Milan has no chance in hell. The worst part of their team is their defense. It is very bad and i don't say that lightly. They are slow all over the field, but most notably their back 4. This is going to be an absolute destruction. I predict a 4-1 win by Real Madrid and that's only if Madrid is having a bad day.
It would be too good to be true if we destroy Milan, hence, I don't think it will happen. I'm predicting 2-1 or 2-0 at the very best. Milan are going to play out of their skins against us to proove that they can still play with the big boys.
Higuain made the squad list, Guti did not: REAL MADRID – MILAN SQUAD LIST: Goalkeepers: Casillas, Dudek. Defenders: Arbeloa, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo, Drenthe, Albiol, Garay. Midfielders: Diarra, Kaka, Lass, Xabi Alonso, Van Der Vaart, Granero. Forwards: Raul, Benzema, Higuain.
Casillas Ramos - Pepe - Albiol - Arbeloa Xabi - Lassana Granero - Kaka - Marcelo Higuain/Benz Depending on how fit Higuain is. Do ittttt.
I think VdV has a better chance of starting there than Marcelo, it's most likely going to be Raul I think.
Realistic line-up: Casillas Ramos-Pepe-Albiol-Marcelo Xabi--Lass Kaka-Granero Raul-Benzema Higuain as sub (assuming he's not 100%, otherwise might give Benzema a rest).
Goal.com's Champions League Debate: Real Madrid All Time XI v Milan All Time XI - Who Would Win? Linky:http://goal.com/en/news/1717/editor...ate-real-madrid-all-time-xi-v-milan-all-time- Their defense is orgasmic, yet our offense is outstanding, I think it would be quite even.
According to the given team I would say Milan has way better team, though I dont know all of the players.Anyway I think the Real Madrid team could have been far better and in that case it would be easy for Madrid. BTW all are hypothetical though
When I think about Sergio Ramos facing Ronaldinho again I can't help but think of Horsehead's magnificent clip from a couple years ago. I can't remember what the title of it is on youtube, but Horsehead if you don't mind posting it, that would be much appreciated.
You mean this one? Brings a tear to my eye everytime.... [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWDq6eCM-F0"]YouTube - Ramos Ramos Ramos[/ame]
Yes! This is the one. Possibly my favorite youtube clip ever. The Casillas buttslap really makes it, hehe. Tks for finding it. Would rep if I could...
Probable Starting XI (4-3-3): Dida; Abate, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta;Pirlo,Ambrosini, Seedorf; Pato, Ronaldinho,Inzaghi. Leonardo said he may go all out for this game.. would make it more interesting.
I honestly hope we can just scrape out a win. I'm not fooling myself looking at Milan's current results/form, because as we all know that has meant absoultely nothing when we have played a big team recently in the CL. I'd be happy with a 1-0 or 2-1, wouldn't be all that shocked if we started off nervous and rough. Would hate a draw, but it wouldn't be the end of the world. We're in the drivers seat and need time to develop the kind of chemistry, so when we are missing Cristiano it won't be that noticable.
I agree with you, and also I can't help but get the feeling that Milan will raise their game against us despite their poor performances lately.
I also agree, and will say that regardless how much pressure is on Milan because of their poor season so far, we're going to feel just as much because of the high expectations of us making the final this year.
My sentiments exactly. I'm not chest-pounding until I hear the full-time whistle (and we've won). A club the stature of Milan are always dangerous and never to be taken lightly. Also, the talent they have on that team, young and old (in or out of form), are nothing to downplay. Fortunately, I think our dumping out of the first knockout round for so many seasons now have humbled us, and that we are aware of the danger of overconfidence. We should be party to two very highly motivated (and on-edge) European giants tomorrow. Here's to Real Madrid showing them who's King in El Bernabeu.
Just like we are all feeling that this game is not to be taken lightly, I'm sure our players are thinking the same way as well, or I hope so We have always done decently well in the group stages and tomorrow should be no different, big team or not - our curse is not at that stage yet Here is for a 3-1.
