Re: capwell I'm sorry .. that was a very wack video, with little detail. I could have made a better rendition. And that song does not inspire any awesomeness coupled with futbol. As with Emelec, it's about time they add more capacity to their cancha. I passed by it a few times in GYE and noticed how cramped and small it was. One of the most popular teams in Ecuador should atleast have a 45,000-50,000 seater. In all, I'm glad to see stadiums getting better or being built for that matter, it shows good progress in infrastructure in regards to our futbol.
Re: capwell I see that stadium as problematic. Dep. Quito is building a 25,000 seater in Carcelen...at least that's what the plan was last year. El Nacho has a lot of fans, not like Liga, and even Liga and Barcelona don't fill their stadium unless it's a big game so it leads to me wonder if maybe Nacho's stadium will also house the seleccion. Like maybe a joint venture between the Federacion and El Nacional....there's almost no information on the project though. Yeah, bigger stadiums and renovations make it a more attractive place to go and probably lead to better attendance. Lets hope these projects are done correctly but I'm all for bigger stadiums. I sincerely wish those stadiums fill up, though.
