huge match-I won't go as far to say of the year, b/c we still have LA which is looming larger and larger, but this one is up there. the ironic thing is both sides are reeling of late. who can stop the bleeding first?
Yeah I thought about saying it was the biggest of the year so far, but then figured someone would go off on CCL games being more important or some other such nonsense.
Dynamo Supporters that will be in attendance, please PM me with a headcount of attendees. I am organizing tickets. Indy?
just might be the biggest of the year. especially it being there. yeah LA is nipping at the heels but this probably will be for the SS. i'm not worried about getting in the playoffs, but a win at the bus could be the start of a great push to end the year and roll into the playoffs hot for once. no matter how you slice it, this game is huge!
NE over clmbs? especially now that schelotto is healthy? think that LA can maintain this streak for another 6 weeks? could be...hadn't thougth about NE sneaking up that far but.........
LA hosts FCD the night before the HOU/CLB game. LA will probably pass both teams in the SS race at least until we play. New England has two games before Columbus or Houston plays another one. If the Revs win those games they would be tied with Columbus and one point behind Houston. And still have only played 23 games.
From what i see, of the 4 most likely winners of the SS, the ease of remaining schedule ranks like this: 1. LA: 4 home games, 2 vs easy 1 vs medium 1 vs hard 2. Dynamo: 3 homes games, 1 vs easy 1 vs medium 1 vs hard 3. Crew: 4 home games, All are hard (no wonder they are undefeated at home... they havent played Houston, LA, Seattle or New England). 4. New England: by far the hardest road despite games in hand. They still have Chivas, Seattle, Chicago, Columbus(x2) Crazy thing is, all these teams still have to play each other several times. So things can change fast! Oh, and for the game i vote "Kamara and Schelleto trade hair styling tips"
Fools, a game without Becks or the Sounders' fans will never ever be the biggest game of the year. Seriously now, the biggest of the year?, really?, how do you decide which regular seaso game is the biggest?, what can anyone weigh?, can a regular season game really be THE biggest?, what about derbys?, if we had one, could that be the defacto biggest game?
I am voting loss and hope that just to piss me off the Team comes out and plays a great game and wins! Since for the last several weeks everytime I voted win they mostly came out and just to piss me off did not!
thank you for the Descartes angle. i hadn't thought about the transcendental aspects of what biggest game might entail. i guess the real questions are, if kei plays a game with a normal hairstyle and nobody sees it, does it count? if barret gets out paced by a defender in the woods, does it make a sound? what are the theoretical ramifications of ashe using his right foot? does waibal shave his head or does he just grunt and it all falls out? is onstad morally apposed to sideburns and does he secretly hate mullan because of his? man, my head is about to explode........
I've given up trying to make predictions. At this point, if we lose but actually play well, I'll be happy.
It doesnt look like I will be able to make the Columbus game.I am praying for a miracle tho. comeonyoudynamocomeonyoudoublecomeonyoulandin!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was it just me or did Landin look like he was limping during the Colorado game? There were a couple of times he seemed to really drag one leg while sprinting up the pitch? Have I missed something?
Yes... he did look limpy, and also overweight. Hopefully two weeks off will take care of that problem. There will be four of us front and center in Columbus, Sec. 127!!!
Another 1-0 match and unfortunately, I'm going with Columbus. I don't know where we're going to get a goal from and I don't know if we're ever gonna pitch another shutout. Prove me wrong Dynamo.
Nothing really matters, we will all be death someday, what is the point then? It is not about the end result, it is about the journey. I´m morally opposed to games without Becks or Sounder´s fans.
