Those of you here in States: Soccer Pubs are a rare thing. It will be informative if we all share places we've been to that actually prefer to show Soccer on TV. I'm looking for a pub in South Florida that will be showing South American Qualifiers but no luck. Any one in S.Florida area have a good place? Those of you in other Areas are welcome list your favorite soccer spot.
Did you try the Florida section on SoccerBars.com ? Admittedly they are mostly English / Irish pubs so you'd probably have to make a special request to find the S. American matches, but at least the staff would understand your enthusiasm for "the beautiful game".
Minus, actually a most sensible option, money-wise, will be to order the game in PPV. Most bars in Miami charge $20, and two beers and something to eat and you are abover the $29.99 that jumptv or cable operartors charge... Or try to get the game online for free..
Is it Soccer Seven? I used to go watch the games in Doral when I lived in Miami before going to b-school. Only annoying thing is how packed those places get, though I always liked the wings there...
