Posted on Facebook forum: Who is interested in playing soccer in the SASA? We can start the Crocketteers team in one of the divisions. Daniel had the idea of getting cheap jerseys made.... from overseas replica makers (http://stores.shop.ebay.com/kakaspor...__W0QQ_armrsZ1). They seem to make high quality replicas. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1016819&page=7 One of our members has been playing with custom jersey designs (incorporating a Crocketteers crest): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/HailtotheKing/crocketts.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/HailtotheKing/crockettsnewtemplate.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/HailtotheKing/crocketts6.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/HailtotheKing/crocketts5.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/HailtotheKing/crocketts4.jpg Thoughts? Can we get a team of 15 or so? I know i can get 3 people including me and a goalkeeper.
Danilo... I know you wanted to play kick around but what about trying to field our own team to play in the San Antonio Soccer Association and they play close to Cibolo. We can find someone to make Crocketteers jersey using our designs or maybe those ebay stores can make a replica of one of HailtotheKing's designs. The first link kaka?? made the best looking replicas and they were selling custom numbers and names for 10 jerseys and shorts for 200 bucks. That is a GREAT deal! HailtoTheKing... if we can do this you need to tell us who manufactures the jersey designs you are using. Fall season begins August 30.
I think this is a great idea and I'd like to play. This would give us an excellent opportunity to promote the bigger goal of the supporters group. Let me know when/where practices start.
absolutely ! this is a fantastic idea ! Damn I wish I was down there already. Just let me know which design you guys would be interested in, and I'll let you know which manufacturer it is.
I'll play, we don't have to have the jerseys... but it would be nice. we have to have a plan "B" for that, maybe find somebody in town that can make shirts and just write "Crocketteers.com" and something simple under. When I was in 7th-8th grade, I took a class wear they taught us how to make t-shirt ... again, that's "Plan B" Do a search for "screen printing s-shirts" (I can't do it right now) http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-stencilb.html
http://www.buysocceruniforms.com/Replica-Uniforms-pg2.html I found 'em kind of. 39.99 for a set, but that's two jerseys, shorts/socks. I'm still looking around.
yeah but for us to get the crock color look u did so well. it would have to be custom made. I sent your pic to some chinese retailer of replicas seeing if they can make it like yours. Lets see what comes of it.
(210) 829-4197 5912 Broadway St San Antonio, TX 78209 29.481 -98.4651 That's the phone/addy .... they are a local shop that does team sales/generic type of stuff. Figured they'd be worth a shot. Looked up their website but it's down at the moment. http://www.vivrouxsports.com/
Can somebody put a post on craiglist to see if somebody in San Antonio can make those shirts using screen printing. IF somebody could make them like that, I would expect them to be very cheap. But I don't know how good or nice they would be. Here's a few that we could try http://alamowings.com/product/1135/ http://www.bandwear.com/customapparel/ http://www.print621.com/services.html http://www.alamourban.com/screen-printing-custom.html
couple more places to look into maybe: http://www.soccerandtennis.com/customuniforms.html http://www.selectgear.com/yourselect/your-select-design.php
HailtotheKing: Can you do anything with these: from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departmen...eys-puma-v5-06-usa-soccer-jersey--yl-bk-.html from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departments-teamwear-puma-jerseys-puma-hoop-jersey--white-black-.html from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departments-teamwear-puma-jerseys-puma-hoop-jersey--red-blk-.html
from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departmen...eys-adidas-entrada-soccer-jersey--yl-bk-.html @ $9.99 a jersey
from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departments-teamwear-nike-jerseys-nike-america-soccer-jersey--yl-bk-.html
from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departments-teamwear-nike-jerseys-nike-tiempo-soccer-jersey--yl-bk-.html at $13
I really like this from http://shop.bigsoccer.com/departments-teamwear-nike-jerseys-nike-laser-goalkeeper-jersey--gold-.html Its goalkeeper jersey that is lightweight... wonder if it can work for the whole team.
This 2 shirts are pretty nice. All we need is numbers in the back and something promoting the crocketteers in the front. Another idea, We could promote the crocketteers on both sides of the shirts
