I always hate Mexican excuses when we win so I will offer none today. They were the better team and deserve to be champions of CONCACAF. Congratulations to El Tri and their fans.

Re: Congratulations Mexico. Great post. Unlike the our rivals on the other side, you have to give them all the credit, as they proved to be the better team. Congrats!!!!!! We looked like the better team in the first half, but their coach pulled the right strings in the second half, and Bob did not.

"Jay Heaps?! *cue violent fits of laughter* I thought he retired like five years ago!?" Yeah congrats I guess. Got some breaks and we gave away our own 1/3 of the field. Infants learning to walk is a given but you've still got to give them a cookie when they finally figure it out.
Re: Congratulations Mexico. Two many games for the young us team and very emotional games to deal with to reach this level, they did very good the first half but didn't have the wheels to continue. Like the Brazil game, the goal early on the second half took the air out of the us game and the rest is history. The Fox cameraman had a thing for the Mexican goalkeeper, any u guys noticed that.
