So is Hatstats USA a thing of the past?

Is there any updated site that projects where promoted teams will go?

    Not sure about Hatstats USA.

Alltid is a good resource for prom/rel tables during the season. Should be a link on the community pages of Hattrick. I can't share link now, because of work's need to block access to Hattrick. :(

Not just USA, overall, from what I understand. A bit of maintenance was needed to keep it going and griggle was either unable or unwilling to spend the time to do it.

These are my hatstats rating in v.224...
    . Attack: 49.33
    . Midfield: 60.00
    . Defense: 49.75
    . Avg. Total: 159.08

This is my 9th full season of hattrick. All my CMs have PM skill of Brilliant or better. One is Magnificent.

Am I doing as good as I should be? Do I need more midfield PM, or are other areas hurting me?

It's hard me to say if you should be better than that, considering some of the major changes to Hattrick since I started (so-called "smarter" fans, smaller fan clubs, much harder to win quickly in V).

    But, by way of comparison...

I was far from rocketing up the tables (compared to some); plenty of people in my entering "class" went farther, sooner. In my ninth full season, I averaged 233.4 overall, 77.6 defense 73.9 midfield 80.2 attack.

I had a titanic and a world class PM in midfield. My weakest was magnificent, I also had a couple of oustandings as bench players.
I had a titanic keeper (trained up myself before I switched to winger training).
    I had a titanic forward.

I acquired this through a combination of playing fairly well (so drawing good crowds) and keeper training, which is hardly the most efficient moneymaker out there. I did not daytrade.

I have to say, looking back at the matches, I would not expect the same group of players to do as well now, thanks to various match engine tweaks, but I'd be surprised if they didn't run at least ca. 200 average.

For comparison, I got my team the last week of season 29, so I'm in my 8th full season. I'm in V.137 for the 2nd season in a row. Had two previous 1 season stints in DV before sticking around last season. My average hatstats this season:
    Attack - 86.6
    Midfield - 48.3
    Defense - 64.5
    Total - 199.3

Going by hatstats you fall right between 6th and 7th in my league. I'm currently in 4th. Your midfield looks competitive enough for most DV leagues. I'd recommend upgrading your offense a bit.

    Thanks, guys.

I think I'll be selling some of my older CM trainees and looking for a better forward in the offseason (or early next season).
