The Midnight Riders, coordinating with Sam’s Army and the American Outlaws, are proud to offer up discounted tickets for the July 11th Tripleheader at Gillette Stadium (Foxboro, MA), featuring the US Men’s National Team. The tripleheader begins at 4pm with the New England Revolution hosting the Kansas City Wizards, and is followed by a Gold Cup doubleheader with the US playing Haiti at 7pm, and finally Grenada playing Honduras at 9pm.

Tickets bought day of game will be $35, but if you purchase through our coordinated effort, it will only cost $23 (which includes PayPal costs) per ticket for all three games. These seats will be in Sections 142 and 143 of Gillette Stadium, the GA supporters sections The deadline for purchasing the tickets will be July 6th, no orders will be taken after that.

To PayPal, please send money to Monty Rodrigues at patfan1@yahoo.com. All tickets will be held at will-call under the name of the person who is sending the money through PayPal.

Just a curiosity: Did they always inflate the face value of CAT III tickets 75% for tripleheaders? We haven't had one since 2005 I think.

But yeah, that price is awesome. I bet we fill up The Fort all the way to the corner.

The price is still holding me back. My eyesight is pretty bad so if i sit behind the goal i cant see anything happening past the midfield. I need to sit closer to the center, and the prices theyre charging are ridiculous

I predict once again Gillette will have the lowest attendance for a USA game in the tournament.

Well, at least you'll have trouble seeing the figure when they put it on the scoreboard.

Its a good thing they announce it too.

I just wished that they opened up the next tier and sold 10$ seats. Wouldnt help me, but it would be nice to see a big crowd.

Also, anyone know why the 2nd game starts at 7pm and not 6pm? What are we supposed to do for an hour.

Yeah, I found that a little weird, too. Everyone needs to make sure to lock up anything they don't want stolen from the tailgate.

Another reason ticket prices should be lower.

Are fans allowed to go to their cars during the break, or is there no re-enty?

If theres no re-enrty, then theyre going to make a killing on concessions. 7 hours = a shitload of food and drinks.

I also wonder how many people will leave after the revs, and how many will wait to arrive at 7pm?

Im guessing the 3rd game will be pretty empty...

Timeout. This may be a stupid question and I may be late to the part with it, but is this tripleheader not part of our ST package?
As in, is this tripleheader not going to be Special Event A?

Signage changeover. Advertisers are different for the Gold Cup games than MLS games. And yes, 6:30 would be a better start time, but I bet 7 p.m. was chosen as a nice, easy round nunber.

No re-entry (having gone to a number of these tripleheaders.. by the way, the last one was 2007 AFAIK). I think the real question is how many will leave after the US game and how many will wait till arrive at 9 p.m. The reason is because I bet there is more crossover between Revs and US fans than between Honduras and Revs fans. My bet is the third game will have less fans than the first two, but Honduras is a pretty decent draw here, so I don't think it will be empty ala the Canada/Cuba game a number of years ago.

It is part of our season ticket package if only because the first game is between the Revs and KC and it would too much of a hassle for them to clear the stadium and readmit people within an hour timeframe. My bet is that it will cover Special Event A as well, but I haven't seen anything (can we be really lucky and they'll just consider it a bonus to the Revs - KC match?).

If you're a season ticket holder,

    A. Head to the parking lot on the Rev final whistle for grillin and cheap beers.
    B. Re-enter stadium on a cheap $23 ticket offered at the top of this thread.
    C. Return to your season ticket seat in time for the U.S.A. first kick.

Hmmm, this may leave empty seats in the GA area. Rethinking ...

This implies the breakeven point is 2.3 beers for the intermission. Sounds about right! :)

I'm glad I'm not the only person who did that math.
