Hi everyone, I cant hide it longer. I'm going insane about our new Soccer Cathedral called Red Bull Arena. I wish this season is over now. I look through the sky, i hear the sound of a bird singing in the morning. I go for a walk, drink a beer with some friends or family. I watch some baseball, the MLS weekly Thurday/Saturday night soccer games. I watch Telefutura's Sunday match too. I go fishing. I go for a run to keep myself in shape. I go to work and then come home. Still the same dream. I think about it all the time, no matter where I go. It's my hope and my dream. I dream of Redbull Arena. I could smell the natural grass in our new home. I see myself going for a couple of hotdogs for my two daughters. I see myself drinking a beer at redbull arena and not even thinking about the price. I smell the italian sausage or the popcorn, the peanuts, the Domino's pizza. I think about drinking a coffee and ordering a hot chocolate for my children when it gets cold at the new arena. The day goes by thinking about 2010 and not taking the Sport Complex exit any longer. I'm happy. I dream of Redbull arena. Do you?

YES! I've gone mad as well. I've been checking the web cam every day. I always look for news on the PATH renovations and Harrison redevelopment.

It's going to be incredible how much will change in the next few years.

Before you know it we will be walking into the new WTC Station ..

... and riding the PATH subway ...

    1. Go visit Citi Field. Its absolutely gorgeous, and having a fantastic new ballpark should take your mind off of Red Bull Arena for a while. (I bought a 15 game weekend plan. Doesn't interfere with any of the Red Bulls home games.) Its helping me get over my "ZOMGGG I WANT A NEW STADIUM NOW!!!" thing.

    2. If that doesn't work, just think of all the empty seats RBA will have next year if they don't promote it right, how absolutely depressed you will be, and how you'll be longing for the days that they played in Giants Stadium, because at least you could use that as an excuse. :D

Since going to citi field is something that I can only afford a couple of times a year, i will need to continue thinking big. How much did you pay for the 15 weekend plan?. I heard prices when up a big SHIIIIt, is that true?. About Yankee stadium, i told my friend lo siento amigo. Too much money to fee George Steinbrenner's belly. I heard going to Yankee stadium is like a going to Punta Cana for 4 nights all inclusive,so no mas. adios hasta la vista.

But, can u imagine one more year at Giant Stadium?, i mean 2010. I know is coming. I'm going to season ticket myself and my two daughters. I hope my grandkids in 15 years go to and seat with me too. It will be a family tradition/reunion going to the new Arena.

Tickets can be affordable, as long as you don't mind not sitting behind home plate. Single game tickets start from $11 to $27, depending on the game. And I paid $300 for my 15 game plan.

Its not a huge field, and the seating is pretty intimate for a ball park, so even the cheap seats are pretty good.

You can go to the Mets website to book the tickets.
