anyone else in here watch terminator: the sarah connor chronicles? man, how f***ing awesome was that finale? it doesn't look like they're bringing it back for a third season, which is just another horrible move by the fox execs. it really grew into a fantastic series. if they don't renew it, they definitely went out with a bang. i don't know what i'm going to do without my weekly summer glau fix, though. hottest cyborg ever!

this could really be a disastrous next month or so considering all the really good shows that might be canceled. in addition to terminator, i could lose life and chuck. life was another show that had an absolutely fantastic season finale this past week.

 

I watch all 3 of those. Didn't realize that LIFE had it's finale, I thought it had one more episode. Would suck if all 3 were canceled though, SCC was very good.

 

So, no Goal of the Week nomination for Davy.

I'm going to assume it's for the same reason that there are no highlights online, because the broadcast was in HD and apparently MLSnet can't use HD highlights.

Makes sense. Since MLS is still stuck in 1996 technology-wise.

If YouTube and Hulu can show HD, mlsnet should have those capabilities.

Also, where was it shown in HD? In Seattle I guess?

 

I had it on DirectKick, and it most definitely was NOT in HD. I only wish my DVR hadn't have screwed up halfway through so I still had the recording and could post the shot.

 

That's what we were told, and that (DirectKick) is where they get the feed for highlights and such.

So, if they were able to broadcast in standard definition, how do they not have the highlights in standard definition?
