For the Wii, Pro Evo 2009 is a superior game and perhpas the best footie game I have played to date. Believe me i have played LOTS.

Germany are notorious for this. Even in football manager 2009 they have a completely fake national team (though the bundesliga is licensed) A friend claims it's the best thing to happen to football sims but I just didn't like it.
Last time i played fifa was back in grade school hahahha. TBH, Fifa is more realistic of a game than than PES, but is less fun to play. The only real thing i hate about pes is when you have a superstar and you could just put them in the CB position and run through all the players..

Nah, he did a header You are right about the opponent though. If you are the only one playing PES in your area(my case) then it gets fckng boring. I wish people here in the Philippines play that game.
It's really fun because a decent human opponent is probably better (and funner) than top player difficulty. I'm pretty good at defense but every year since PES5 Konami nerfs defense
