I am guessing this is you? I did not notice until I was looking to see if I got any decent shots at all and saw that splash of red in the middle of the blue.

Great picture! The fellow in red that stands out clearly is Ben (he's on Big Soccer as Ben DOW) -- if you look to the left of the photo there's the back of the security guard who is facing me in the black jacket with red stripes on the sleaves.

Anyway, thanks again everyone. If you find yourself in Toronto, try and make a game, but I have to warn you the public drinking laws in Ontario are pretty strict so our tailgate parties are little tame compared to what I've experienced at US games so far. Cheers! Mark

Yep - that's definitely me in the middle. And like Mark has said - KC fans were nothing but amazing hosts and a blast to hang out with (despite some of the looks I seem to be getting in this picture). Security was nothing but helpful and professional (there's a great picture somewhere of the three guys who 'helped' us out). Seriously KC is the best away game I've ever been to and I can't thank the Cauldron/KC fans enough. Like Mark said - if you ever plan on heading to BMO let us know and we'll do our best to return the favor.

I'm glad the Toronto folks had a good time in KC. We, with few exceptions, treat away supporters very well. All of the TFC supporters I interacted with were top notch.

I look forward to our first trip to Toronto, I'm sure it will be great.

Its refreshing to see that a KC fan was able to answer this question before a member of the D.O.W. chimed in. I have to assume you're enjoying your scarf... I love the one I traded up for.

I'd also like to give a quick thanks to the people I met while I was at the game. I was glad we were able to defuse any potential international quarrel with a few offerings from the Hand of Justice. If anyone from KC who is still lurking on this thread wanted to look me up and add me on Facebook (Gavin Peplinskie, location Guelph) there are some good pictures with Wizard fans and TFC fans at the tailgate and with the Hand of Justice.

Hey KC Chaps. Just wanted to reiterate the posts from my fellow TFC brothers that we had an awesome trip down in KC....even if it did take us 32 hrs to get there. Hospitality as mentioned by all the RPB was top notch and many of them said it was the best road-trip they had ever been on, so hats off to you guys.

On a side note. I was reading an article on MLSnet.com about Hersig, and the comments of his play were "impressive" and "productive" (probably eluding to his one assist) but did you guys find that he was actually impressive. I have to admit. I was stoked to see what this guy could do and I knew he was out of form, but I wouldn't say his inclusion in the game was anything more then ordinary.....

Am I missing the ball on something. Was he really that impressive at the match we saw? I imagine his stock is going to rise 10 fold...but that will take a small amount of time.

Again props to you guys...cant wait to go back!

that doesn't exactly sound like an encouraging name. anyone want to give the history behind it, because it sounds awfully close to glorifying drinking and driving.

Me thinks its more like glorifying drinking and rollerblading.

Actually - it started out as drinking and biking - well normally biking and then we'd end up at a patio. That was years ago - when it has to do with TFC it refers the fact that we're not from Toronto - every game is a road trip so home and away we're always on wheels (and from time to time drunk). Although we never, ever drive while drinking - that's just not cool.
