Never mind - I found it.
Their online price was even a bit lower than the one listed - however, I ended up booking down the road at the Courtyard Marriott, it was cheaper :)

i have a question. do they have like an "official" forum in the teams officials web?

what about the one in usl discussion, is it more people there than here?

    just wondering.

I guess you could say the one on usldiscussions is the official one, there used to be a link on the club website, not sure if it's still there, haven't looked. Yeah, there's probably more people there. This forum catches fans from all over....our MLS opponents like FatBastard, etc. On the plus side, this forum has a more liberal censor so you can let the profanity fly a bit more. The other forum is definitely G rated........maybe PG at most after midnight.

This is my favorite time of year, because its the only time I get to see MLS. I've been to the tournament the last two years, and I am so amped up for this one. I've been wanting to see DC United for awhile and I finally get my chance.:D

Awesome tailgate!! Sorry we couldn't enjoy more of it.

The Barra advance contingent will be out there probably around 2:30-3:00 on Wednesday with the grill. Since DCU is playing again at 5pm so we'll be packing up around 4:30.

Mikey, do you have Challenge Cup shirts? Dave was asking about them.

    See ya'll Wednesday!!

I have the tshirts. We'll be selling them at the games. Look for the Regiment table under the West stands, near the proshop. I might not be there until the match starts so I'm not sure about the tailgate, My kid doesnt get home from school until 4:30pm but well see you there.

Looking forward to it!! If we don't catch you at this game, we'll definitely be around for Saturday.

Do you know if the canucks are sticking around for the week? Trying to figure out if it will just be us grilling or more.

I know a few other Battery fans that are going to be around. My wife might bring the kids out later, if that happeneds, Ill come out early and join you.

Looking forward to next Saturday. What time do you think your tailgate will go up? It will give me a good idea on when to leave. Depending on how many of my group actually get to go (anywhere from 2-5, its looking like) we may set up our own equipment and cook for a bit, but either way I'm hoping to mingle with the large group some before game time.

a few more are coming into town for Wed to Sunday most are coming down for Saturday night.

ha ha, maybe I can were some isotoner gloves like the wantabe tough guy had on. If he only knew how much of a poser he looked like, if your going to wear gloves, wear the right ones for the job!

Hope you can make it down! makes ure you get here early enough to hang with us at the tailgate!

They got a webcast of the match up but I dont think it is archived. check the Battery website on Wed to see if they have a link up if you want to watch the matches then.

there are going to be some photos and video up via the Toronto fans and Ill post the links once they get them together.

Oy vey! CSC INsecurity. We were really upset at the way they treated you. They take themselves way too seriously. Don't worry, we leave those guys at home. Only the hardcore rowdies do the roadtrips. :D

Thank you to Mikey and everyone else I met from the Battery supporters. You and the Battery organization host a great tournament. I had a blast for the entire week, meeting people at tailgates and the pub crawl. I'm also not ashamed to admit that I have a lot of stadium envy. I live in Portsmouth, Virginia, where we used to have the Virginia Beach Mariners. I wish that we had been able to have something close to to what y'all have going in Charleston. You've got great owners, a team, and supporters.

Now, just so you don't think this is a "I love the Battery" fest (I used to be a Battery hater when the Mariners were around), I have posted pictures from Saturday's games.
