Well, Il Capitano is not included in Italy squad against Brazil :(
    Bonera, Zambrotta, Pirlo are though.

Borriello had a cyst removed from one of the flexor muscles in his leg, meaning he's definitely out till next season.

I had hopes that maybe resting in Florida was going to help Nesta find his former self again, sort of like Del Piero did years ago.

But now, considering his age, I think he's done. Even though defenders have longer careers I don't think his body can handle it, Maldini was able to do it because he's one of the greatest football athletes of all time, (something Nesta is definitely not).

Its a damn shame and I'd be lying if I wasn't subconsciously relying on Nesta to come back strong so we could make an early for CL next season. It looks like Milan will have to add more quality defenders in the offseason.

    Maybe Agger might do it?

i like nesta n think hes world class...BUT we havent played wit him in awhile n we havent rly suffered i think...thiago silva looks like a beast in centre...hes young n hungry..i rly think kaladze is a great player n will be a great counter back w. silva...janks n zambrotta runnin down flanks i think were ok...of course i think we should buy a centre back..a big name perhaps but i believe its time to move on from nesta

    Hello.

    1st time post in here...

Whats up with Philip Senderos? Does it seem that Milan will make his loan permanent?

He only came back from injury a few weeks ago,he didn't really play for the first part of the season.

Still hard to judge but i don't think he'll become a regular for Milan.Technical side of his game isn't up to scratch and his positioning is fairly bad.Who knows though he's a pretty good cover for our other defenders.Mlan fans generally speaking aren't happy with him.

However i think Ancelotti likes him. He's not afraid to play him ahead of some of our other backups like Bonera and Favalli who've done alright. So i think he'll probably end up taking him up permanently.

more opinions on the adriano hand ball....

actually, forgetting all the opinions and all the incriminations and all the defences and attacks against the situation, Adriano is a spectacularly awful striker. That was the single worst time header in the history of soccer. That was absolutely abysmal.

i actually remeber days when he was really good, like winning Copa America with Brazil, all alone.

Is Sheva injured, or he is playing golf again?

While I applaud him taking a hard stance. I think he deserves as much of the blame, if not more. It was obvious back in the 2006/2007 season that Milan needed to start rebuilding their defense. Galliani turned a blind eye to it, and the situation deteriorated in 2007/08. Then again he choose to go after glory purchases like Ronaldinho instead of doing what was best for the team and rebuild the defense.

    CLASSIFICA VIRTUALE 1ª: Milan 53 (+5) 2ª: Fiorentina 51 (+5) 3ª: Juventus 50 (-3) 4ª: Inter 49 (-11) 5ª: Genoa 46 (+1) 6ª: Roma 45 (+1) 7ª: Cagliari 40 (+2) 8ª: Udinese 40 (+6) 9ª: Palermo 39 (+3) 10ª: Napoli 39 (+4) 11ª: Lazio 39 (+1) 12ª: Sampdoria 36 (+4) 13ª: Atalanta 35 (-1) 14ª: Catania 33 (=) 15ª: Siena 31 (+3) 16ª: Torino 24 (=) 17ª: Bologna 23 (=) 18ª: Reggina 23 (+5) 19ª: Lecce 18 (-4) 20ª: Chievo 17 (-6)

according to a study of refereeing mistakes. milan would be top of the table and "should" be 5 points higher on net. inter, not surprisingly has had the most refereeing help by a mile, they would be 11 points lower...YES, a full 3 victories and two draws worth of points given to them by referees.

udinese has been the team "most screwed."
