Nothing wrong with having a vent, just let everyone know next time and perhaps you wont get attacked like a pack of wild dogs. :D

I have to hold judgment and base my opinion of this window on Quaresma which in itself raises an entire other issue about the handlng of this transfer window- the fact that one player will make or break the window is a little scary to me.

When I have to root for them it does.

ACole is a petulant child and still cannot stand when he opens his mouth after every play that doesn't go his way. That said, he plays hard and fair(for the most part), so it isnt ACole v2.0. He is Ronaldo Ultra-lite, cheats, whines, not as good.

I don't mind being attacked in waves. Havent been on here much lately, so this is a good way to come back in style. I just can't stand when people cannot discuss things on point or without speaking for the person they are debating with. We are here to discuss things, especially how we would have done them diffrently or give our opinion on how management should act(players too). All of a sudden because it is a done deal some people think discussion time is over, opinions no longer matter, blah blah blah. Top 3 least favorite players in Europe before we signed him, it wasn't going to change my opinion of himt hat much, yet.

So basically you pretty much want a robot I'm guessing? As long as they play well on the pitch and don't cause problems (Ben Arfa who just got into another fight for example) within the team I'm happy. And last I checked I haven't heard of Ashley Cole causing bust ups for Chelsea.

Exactly. You want more petulant pricks like him running around wearing the Chelsea shirt, always complaining to the referee and worrying about themselves before the team? I sure don't.

I'll cheer for him while he's wearing blue, but unless his attitude changes dramatically from what it has been, I want him out of it as soon as possible, exactly the same as with Cashley.

See some people can't argue without speaking for others.

Are JT Lampard Cech etc robots? I dont think so. I think there is some kind of middle ground between headcase cheat and robot.

Did you even read my post in its entirety? And for the record, Lampard has dived. Even won a penalty for it.

Has Ashley Cole caused a dressing room bust up recently?

Can I ask what gives you that impression?

To want him out of the shirt as soon as possible is bizarre in my eyes. He is one of the premier fullbacks in the world. Ok, he may whine and moan at referees, but not half as much as JT does and I don't hear anyone saying they want JT out of the shirt.

People still use his acrimonious departure from Arsenal as ammo when he has does nothing of the sort since joining us.

With regards to Quaresma, until he proves his incompetence in a Chelsea shirt he will have my backing.

think this is really starting to stray away and beginnig to throw shyte against the wall and see what sticks

this definately sounds like the old "well Drogba and Joe Cole dive" response one expects from a Utd fan when pointing out yet another well executed dive

sorry Kaz but comparing an occasional drawing of a foul from Lampard, whether illegal or not, to score points in this argument is weak imo.

I agree with this. If we have one selfish defender who has shown on the field a self ahead of team display on occasion- its Bonswigna not A. Cole.

Friendly reminder from the Thread Police

we were talking about Quaresma and his impact on what some feel is a disapointing window

what A. Cole moaning at refs, Lampard diving, robots, Micheal Carrick and Plate Tectonics have to do with that is beyond me

    back on topic please.

    Thanks.

Weren't you the one who said to get back on topic? And if you're curious to know what these other things to argue about are, it's trying to convince an editor that we don't need a whip, a shovel, and a drill in a newsroom.

I laughed when you said he's not Ronaldo by any streatch than list those things.

It did indeed, but I don't see how the part in bold really matters.

Yeah, Lampard isn't so bad. Drogba is terrible though.

    Who wore numer 7?
