    All Star starters named:

    East
    G Dwayne Wade, MIA
    G Allen Iverson, DET
    F/C Dwight Howard, ORL
    F LeBron James, CLE
    C Kevin Garnett, BOS
    West
    G Chris Paul, NO
    G Kobe Bryant, LAL
    F Tim Duncan, SA
    F Amare Stoudemire, PHO
    C Yao Ming, HOU

No real surprises other then Amare really. Dirk should have gotten that one. I don't think Iverson deserves it over Harris.

I'm really glad to see that Paul is getting the start over Tracy 'glass body' McGrady. Harris did get screwed though.

    Boston 90-80 Orlando

Back-to-back 10+ point victories in Miami and Orlando. Looks like the C's are close to being 'back' (if not already) :)

No idea why Iverson got in. I'd rather see Harris, Rondo, or Mo Williams instead of him. Harris got snubbed hard.

Devin Harris should have gotten the PG spot for the East.

The only really debatable spot in the Western starters is Amare at PF, but besides Dirk, who could you make a case for starting ahead of Amare?

Fernandez should be there for the Sophomore-Rookie game.
And the rooks look like they could beat the sophs this year.

Harris, yes, Rondo, sure, but Mo? What the hell should he start over AI for? He's a average guard putting up some seriously average stats. According to Hollinger he's the 17th most effective point guard in the NBA. Hardly All Star worthy.

Just read that Clippers rookie DeAndre Jordan scored 23 points on 11-for-12 shooting, including 10 dunks! against the Lakers the other night. Holy chipmunk!

I might add that Iverson is ranked 17th among shooting guards as well. Behind, among others, blue chippers Anthony Morrow and Von Wafer.

David West and Al Jefferson both having good years as well.

Dirk should be the one starting.

What happened to Carmelo Anthony. I know he's hurt but didn't he have the starting spot before he got hurt?

I feel West and Melo have taken a step back this season. And wasn't Jefferson on the ballot at center?

Dirk should be starting no doubt. Gasol and Amare should be the forward reserves.
