OK! Here are all the players that I've heard or read rumors about heading outside the country.

Abdon Reyes- rumored to be heading to Italy(Juventus), but definetely not staying. Possible to go on a loan to Argentina before going to Italy.

Jhasmany Campos- rumored to be going to Cerro Porteno in Paraguay.

Ignacio Garcia- rumored to be going to Panathinaikos in Greece, but it's definetely in Greece.

Carlos Arias- rumored to be on its way to Once Caldas in Colombia, apparently the talks about this seem to be in progress.

Miguel Angel Hoyos- rumored to be going to Cobreloa in Chile or some club in Argentina which is not mentioned.

Ronald Raldes- his contract with Al-Hilal was ended, and seems to be working out deals to got to Argentina or Mexico.

Juan Carlos Arce- his contarct with Seonganm ended and now seems to be working on offers to go to Brazil.

Pablo Escobar- his team Ipatinga was relegated and now is working on transferring to Santo Andre who was promoted to the 1st division for the 2009 season.

Ronald Garcia- is definitely on his way out of Aris and is working on transfering to AEK Athens or Germany.

Christian Vargas- seems he got an offer to play in Paraguay and is working on it to make it happen.

Marcelo Martins- he discarded the idea of going back to Cruzeiro and hopefully will go on a loan for the 2009 season.

    to add

Joselito Vaca and Limberg bomba have offers from overseas who knows where but joselito is yet to be signed by anyone in bolivia and he is like the #1 draft pick in the off season.

Also i think that Arias is defenitly gone from Bolivar. Bolivar signed Luis Galarza from wilsterman from the Galarza factory of goalies.

    on another note

    anyone heard of Nelfy Ibanez?
Well they had a little news story on her she coached the bolivian womens nt. and know she is in spain finshing up her doctrine in futbol coaching(i don't know what the title would be called). but she is in barcelona working with FC Barcelona and talking it up with messi and rubbing sholders with guardiola, and apprently they are letting her coach some of the practices squads and stuff, i never heard of her anyone? well she states at the end of her little news episode that her goal is to coach the mens nt. hmmmm

I'd say get rid of Valentierra and get 2 or 3 nat'l players that have played for the national team. That way, they'll achieve their goal which is to be again the talent pool for the nat'l team and of course, that in turn will add cohesion to those players for the benefit of the nat'l team, and needless to say, will be better adapted to the altitude.

They got Ronald Gutierrez back from Turkey, But IMO Valentierra was the best #10 in our league by a long shot, Vaca is not up to his talent on FKs or passing, or hell even shooting. He was Bolivar's Top Goal Scorer and they want to cut 30% of his salary.... it doesnt make sense!

Facetas Deportivas reports that Ronald Raldes is close to signing with Colon de Santa Fe in Argentina. They finnished 10th this season and 3-4 startes are said to leave the club. One of the ones leaving is the central defender. That means Raldes would be a starter considering his experience in Futbol Argentino. I think he should find a better club, but better there than a Saudi team.

Looks like Raldes doenst want the Colon deal due to the contract beng only for 6 months. Plus he has an "offer" from a different club in argentina. Usually when a club is not listed it's usually to drive up his price, but in this case i'm thinking he might be working something out with a bigger club so he can get the deal done. I'm thinking the next article on Raldes would be "Raldes firma por un ano con Boca Juniors."

That's just what I was thinking...........but you know how it is with Bolivian players, nothing is for sure until you see him signing the contract and posing with his new jersey.
Hopefully it will be Boca, that would be Raldes' big and DESERVED break!

On another note, Facetas also reports that Darwin Pena has an interesting offer from Universidad Catolica de Quito, In Ecuador. I don't know whether to believe it or not.

Bolivian Media is only discrediting themselves with all this crap. What's wrong with good old fashion evidence/facts?

Isn't it disheartning when lack of integrity spills over into our journalistic endeavors? Like dealing with all the crap that comes out of the FBF and the club teams isn't enough.

Update on the transfers so far........!!!

Ronald Rivero- should be packing bags as I write this, apparently he came to a verbal agreement with Skoda Xanthi FC of Greece and now all he has to do is sign.

Ignacio Garcia- es pretendido por el Panserraikos FC, de Serres, también de Grecia, pero las negociaciones no están tan adelantadas.

Abdon Reyes- has decided to keep it on the down low, hopefully. If you know anything about his soon to be transfer, please share.

Jhasmany Campos- Cerro Porteno has already put an offer on the table for Jhasmany Campos, and will hopefully come to an agreement pretty soon.

Daner Pachi, Joaquin Botero- they've already signed and should travel to their respective teams' countries tomorrow. (Ecuador, Mexico)

Joselito Vaca- last I heard he was on the plans of Deportivo Quito to play the libertadores with them. They need an international playmaker with references and Joselito Vaca fits those requirements. But also was being looked at by Emelec, also from Ecuador.

Miguel Angel Hoyos- Apparently is still dealing with international offers, one of them includes Olimpia of Paraguay.

Didi Torrico- thought for sure would be going international, but already signed with Bolivar.

    Nice recap. Again thanks!

Interesting to see that jhasmani is only getting attention from Cerro', with his talent, i am surprised a team from argentina hasnt come a calling for him.

On Vaca, i am surprised at his attention that he is getting from clubs outside of bolivia...

The Argies tend to go after fast physical players. Jhasmani is your typical Bolivian Player with that Futbolito soft touch; pretty but not their style. Jhasmani has a mean shot though.

Hmmm... i mean look at guys like Baldivieso who had a great time in Argentina. Or hell the colombian league who is better than paraguay. But regardless, cerro is a good team that is always in the copa libertadores. This can only be a good thing if htey are bringing him there to play.

excellent recap. I read on the greeksoccer forum the same about both. Panserraikos is on the relegation battle as they have 10 points in 15 games and Xanthi is doing a lot better as they are one point behind Aris in the 6th spot. Both would be fighting for a spot in the UEFA cup

I'll take Baldivieso over Campos any day. We've had players that did well in Argentina (Melgar, Castillo, Baldivieso, Cuimbra, Etc..), but those dudes had either respectable speed to go along with their talent. I could be wrong about Campos, but as talented as he is, I just don't see much speed in him.

Apparently, Ronald Rivero's being signed by Skoda Xanthi FC is a done deal. Great move for him, as he can shine in a smaller team and then move up to a bigger one in Greece or any other country in Europe.

Big jump for this bloke. I know where he comes from and how hard it was to even play professionally. I used to know him not too long ago, when he worked as a "sereno" to make a little money.

By the way, his full name is Ronald Tylor Riveros Khun. No joke.
