Funny how wins and loses make the memory. Milan beat Madrid 5-0 in 1989 in what many think was the best team never to win european cup at Real. Same with 1984 Liverpool captain Kennedy saying of Roma's team "They were the best team I'd ever played against" and Liverpool win on penalties. Falcao, Conti, Pruzzo, Tancredi, Cerezo, Di Bartolomei my god what a team.
Top 5 for Europe at least: Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool, AC Milan. Tricky situation with Juventus & Milan. Juve clearly the dominant side domestically but Milan with a whopping 7 european cups
Totally agree on those ones. I've been analyzing scores and results of Bayern Munich recently, here on 55goal tables, and what I should admit, they show pretty awesome results, if we compare their games in the previous years. Now I think to make bets on them, and see for what it will lead to.

Spain has to be the greatest football team of all time after winning three consecutive international football tournaments. They won the European Championships in 2008 and 2012, as well as the FIFA World Cup in 2010. They went 35 games without losing between 2007 and 2009. This included winning all ten of their qualifying games for the 2010 World Cup. David Villa, Xavi, Andres Iniesta, Carles Puyol, Xabi Alonso, and Iker Casillas were among the prominent players on the squad, which was almost entirely made up of players from the Barcelona and Real Madrid teams.
