I love beer. I mean I REALLY love beer.

Until tonight, I have never had a beer jump to the top of my favorite list so fast. It appears the land of my ancestors know a thing or two about making a great beer (because Pilsner Urquell is shit). Sorry Boddy's, tough luck Yuengling, try again next year Heineken, wipe up your tears Kronenbourg. Introducing Staropramen:

WTF has California done to you? I really need to get out there quickly before you're wearing capri's and drinking mimosa's.

I hate IPA's. I trule can't stomach them. Taste like crap to this guy.

Is there something wrong with having more than one beer thread?

As long as there's nothing wrong with having more than one beer :D

I mentioned in the previous thread, I don't like Stella Artois and wasn't happy when a friend of mine bought me a Peeterman Artois, but it is absolutely delicious. Gorgeous stuff.

I nearly bought this today at the food store while Limey was napping. Now I know to pick it up and try it.

Try the Shipyard Export. If you like IPA, they have a good one as well. Their dark stout is called Blue Fin.

Anyway - I highly recommend Shipyard.

The waiter and Limey laughed at me for ordering Czechvar tonight. I was sad that they didn't have Staropramen.

Is that the 60 minute or 90 minute or something else? I had the 90 minute (very very good IPA) when I visited Eddie in Pittsburgh last summer - good times.

Dogfish Head brews helped contribute to a ridiculous hangover I had at the Split Thy Skull Barleywine festival in Philly in 2003.

My favourite IPA is Stone Ruination - a quite brilliant beer. Green Flash is also good as is Stone's regular IPA.

That's the 60 Minute IPA. A great and affordable east coast IPA.
The west coast IPA are almost like a different style as they're so hoppy.

When I saw your name I immediately thought of PBR. I didn't know if you chose that name on purpose. God I hate PBR.
