yeah, the noveleros really piss me off, whenever I'm in Ecuador I'll go to all the games and when I used to live there I never missed one. As for the tours, liga had to turn down a few international exhibitions because they conflicted with our current obligations, so maybe closer to the Mundial de Clubes dates....

LIGA starting lineup should look like this now that Urrutia is gone :

    CEVALLOS (Dominguez)

JAIRO, CALLE, ARAUJO, AMBROSSI (Neicer & Calderon have to battle for a starting role)

W.ARAUJO & P. LARREA (OBREGON old reliable can not play a full 90 at this moment the weakest area)

    NAVIA, PIOJO & CHUCHO

    BIELER

Urrutia is not gone yet. And Navia is not a midfielder. put reasco in navia spot and navia or bieler starts, depending on who is in form.

    Navia todavia no......

Read a article where Ivan Hurtado felt the same way,,he said he felt like an azz for going to play for barceleche instead of playing Libertadores for Athl Nacional. And he also stated that wants to retire playing for Emelec,,el equipo de sus amores.

Liga plays manana against Bolivar.El campeon de America is not looking good at all in the Copa Pilsener,,they need to bring back la humildad and start balling again.Lets recall that it was this team that eliminated them a couple of years ago en la misma Sudamericana and prevented Liga from playing the final against Boca Jrs.

as much respect as I have for Ivan Hurtado.. I am glad that he left Barcelona.. he wasn't doing squat !! He left all his talent in Medellin. Frankly, I was also calling him stupid for leaving Atletico Nacional and foregoing the Copa Libertadores...he did it for the money!!! He had no heart or real intention of playing his heart out for Barcelona.. which is why he left when the team was in the slumps... if the team was playing like it is now, I'm sure Hurtado would have thought long and hard about leaving. good luck Hurtado with Millonarios, which by the way Barcelona defeated a few days ago. And as for Lara.. he is doing NADA on the pitch .. another one that left all his talent somewhere else, and now acting like a crybaby saying he doesn't feel the love.. awww! Be a man, because you are playing a man's game, don't give us that bullish. He simply is not playing with passion for the team , and it shows in his gameplay, he is another that came to Guayaquil for the money..if he wants to leave, then he may do so anytime, and I'd rather see him shine in another team than contribute nothing to mine. If Liga is his beloved team where he felt the "love" then why did he leave? Bigger paycheck, but he thought it would be a breeze playing for the monster team of Ecuador like Barcelona, especially with so much pressure to do a good campaign this season??? He was a little bit in the clouds there. He can be an ingrate and talk ish about the team he is in, but Barcelona has said nothing negative about him, the team gave him a shot and trusted in him because of his amazing racha with LDU, the only one to mess up was himself, and still Barcelona has not even considered about ruling him out of the team, yet he talks bad about it.

You also forgot to mention Edmundo Zura who was Pan Am champ ,,had a wonderful streak, was la nueva esperanza de gol en la sele. The guy went to barclona for what???? To be benched instead of giving him play and fogearlo for the sake of the NT,,but instead picked up $$$$arate. Not the first time I've seen this happen,,pero barclenona have alwasy done this to up and coming national prospects.Emelec and Nacional have a history of doing this as well.

Edmundo Zura.. he is the only one that I am actually defending here.. because I admit that Barcelona let him go and gave him no opportunity... that there is Barcelona's fault. Hopefully he has a good time in the new team he is in.

LIGA DE GIRA POR ESPAÑA EN OCTUBRE
    | Fecha : 2008-09-15 15:09:39 |
