you're confusing the home depot center with rfk. the hdc is a beautiful, new venue in la with a horrible field due to the amount of concerts that are performed there. that's where chivas usa played pachuca.

rfk is an old, decrepid, baseball stadium with an emmaculate field. the lights went out at rfk during the chivas-dc united game. an old stadium is a good excuse for ************ electrical systems.

 

not really surprising. don't they have beauty pagent farms down there?

I haven't watched any of the games, I was only referring to some of the comments from my fellow posters, they were saying that the fields were crap and that's were my comment came from, but if I made a mistake I apologize.

the fields in mls vary in quality from shockingly bad (salt lake, new york) to some of the best i've ever seen (dc, dallas). it largely depends on whether or not he teams own their stadium... and even that can't save some of them from being overused from non-soccer events.
