    If I had to choose somebody else's life to live, he'd be on the shortlist. Way high up on it. One of the truly great men of my time. Can't even be sad, cause as far as I can tell he got every last drop there was out of life... :D

    Clarke was my favorite author for a good chunk of my young life. Stories like "The Forgotten Enemy" and "The reluctant Orchid" still cross my mind from time to time, all these years later.
