    lets hope for a better game, yesterday I had high hopes for CASL....but the 3 imports from europe and the best coach in argentina show me zip!!

    Here's another one,

    CaracasFC (2nd place, 18pts) played the clasico in Venezuela against Tachira (1st place, 21pts) today
    CaracasFC rested all the starting 11 for the game against Cruzeiro
    instead played with a team full of subs and players from the 2nd division team.

    Final score: CaracasFC 2-2 Tachira

    One of the goals that CaracasFC scored, was a bicycle kick very similar to the one that Rivaldo scored against Valencia to win the game.

    I still think LDU Quito is a strong contender, they are not afraid of playing at away, fine it was against Arsenal, but still, they displayed a nice offensive mentality for an away team, specially with the bad record for away sides so far this year.
