It has certainly been blown wide open thanks to Arsenal.

Yeah. What i noticed at the end of the Milan v Arsenal game, was that none of the Milan players seemed overly disappointed to be out of the competition.

Maybe they just knew that Arsenal had out played them.

Glad United are through, although i struggled to watch the last 10 minutes of the game because i thought that Lyon would get an equaliser!!

Milian seemed to not have any attack at all the whole series between Arsenal. Kaka seemed frustrated. It almost seemed the were content with bunkering and going into Pks.

WE outplaed them. it doesnt happen to them often so when it does happen they dont know how to deal with it. that was why they lost. we 100% deserved it and anybody who says otherwise is a ginormous cheesy penis.

Hate to say it as a United fan, but he's right. Arsenal were on form tonight. It showed the confidence and belief they had in themselves as Theo set up the 2nd goal of the night.

everyone's in a frenzy for their teams teams being through, unless you liked milan or lyon, of course... and i've another week to wait for my boys to play. i like our chances, going in to the san siro up 2-0, and on three straight if all goes well tomorrow..

I've really not rated meeelan for a decade now, mebe 2, sure they tore UTD apart in 05 when they somehow could play 200mph on a 100mph soaked pitch, but sure they can defend resolutely but teams with craft should break them down and going forward they don't have a great deal, sure pirlo has maaad vision but with whats ahead of him... and kaka is the most over-rated ballon d'or winner since cannavarro....

some random french woman came round my house and said "oooh i hope the french side wins" to the man u game, I nearly bashed her head into my wall, but didn't wanna scratch my cristi or appleCORR wallbangers....

also I think I may've helped kait get some new cleats, yet her moms told me to ******** off or summit...dunno what it is with me and moms tonight:p

The Italian teams don't seem very strong this year.

Hey I wanna talk about how players have some kind of sock that has a different color round the ankle from others on their team, and debate how this could be replicated and products to achieve this, any ideas where I could go for such a discussion?

Its not just that, its the fact that the questions of what Ronaldo/Beckham did to their socks had been answered about 6 times within the thread!! GAH!!!

I'm just glad thats the end of it now, it was almost as bad as the 'how to keep your socks up' (or whatever it was called!!) thread!!
