well we all know conmebol has won half of all the world cups ever disputed.. but out of 9 cups 5 belong to brazil and the other 4 to argentina and uruguay.. so my question is who do you think out of the 7 other teams remaining can win the cup first, and when.
because there are so many obstacles to overcome, my honest opinion is that only 6 teams have the necessary means, only excluding Venezuela because they're just up and coming, similar to us about 10 years ago. In all honesty, the best chances have to go to Paraguay, and after that its a dogfight to see who can do it.
i dont know if i agree...paraguay seems to go constantly but never really convince many people of how great they are, or appear to be in the conmebol qualifiers.

Guys this is a very serious situation the country is in basically because our sovereignty was violated.
