Considering we are only two months into 2008... I think its a fair statement to say that I feel like I havent seen Lee play alot.

Maybe more so recently (Feb) than overall (Jan + Feb)... but I dont think anyone here can deny his playing time has drastically decreased.

Or else why would we sit here hoping he gets some PT in the up coming UEFA Cup matches? Because we've been blessed with his presence non stop?

Lee didn't play at all today in today's uefa cup game. Pascal Chimbonda was in the LB position and Teemu Tainio was playing RB.

Wowza. LYP must really be down the list considering that the Spurs only fielded 2 defenders in the game. Geez.... He better go hump someone's leg to get on the pitch or head off at season's end.

Lee is on the bench again. I hope he moves somewhere else where he can get more playing time.

EDIT: I forgot that the Carling Cup final is this weekend. Let's see if he plays in that one.

This means that Spurs automatically qualify for the UEFA cup but it really looks like Lee has no future at Spurs. Oh well :(

Good to see that he's at least celebrating with the team. Doesnt seem like he's gettin much love from his teammates though in that clip.

I wish they had transfered Lee out if this was how it was going to be. This is getting ridiculous. With the amount of matches in the past week... Lee should have had some playing time. There are no excuses. If Ramos doesnt have confidence him... should have shipped him out.

What has happened to this Lee Young Pyo? He's become a far cry from that pleayer that we used to know.

He needs to move and regain.

I don't get why Paul Stalteri and Anthony Gardner were loaned out, but not him.

Young-Pyo Le let the Telegraaf know that he thinks about a comeback to PSV. He's still contact with several people inside PSV, like Mart van den Heuvel, Eric Addo and transfer Manager Stan Valcxs. "I've a contract till 2009, but next summer I deside what I want to do. I still mis Eindhoven every day". Jan Reker, PSV manager, let knew that Lee is always welcome in Eindhoven and that he's a serious option if he wants to leave the Spurs.

PSV gave me the posibility to football in Europe, I was new and everthing was strange. The people on "De Herdgang" supported me in a fantastic way. Everybody wanted to help me. I will never forget that.

    * Just a small compilation of the real interview.

    Some reactions on this newsmessage

Lee misses us and we miss lee. 1 + 1= 2 , Lee next year in Eindhoven!

By far the best leftback we had in a long, long time! Come back!

    Lee misses Eindhoven
    Eindhoven misses Lee
    Eindhoven misses a good leftback
    ----------------------------------+
    Please let him come!

If PSV don't try to buy him they are really stupid. I'm saying the entire year that they need to get him back, I will even do a murder for a back like him!

I think everybody would love it if he returns to Eindhoven, if we're able to keep Salcido we've a great defence next year!

Great, we really need to sing to him next week! LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE

Would be fantastic, one of the best backs PSV ever had! Let we sing to him during the warming-up!

This guy is fantastic, works very hard and doesn't make any mistakes.
Let we sing to him in a full PSV-Stadion during the warming up! Everybody: LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE!!!

    Is that the same thing?

It will be interesting to see where Lee Young-Pyo ends up next season. It's seems almost certain that he will leave Tottenham as his contract runs out in 2009 and Ramos doesn't rate him. He's below Bale, Gilberto, (Assou-Ekotto?), and Ramos even prefers Chimbonda at leftback over Lee. Not to mention the £40 million Ramos gets to spend for next season...

Yep, but Telegraaf is the official source. Would be truly amazing to see Lee back in Eindhoven. One of the best wingbacks we had in our history, defensive a pitbull and a winger in the attack!
