As per bigapplesoccer.com, RBNY is to play a friendly against the Carolina Railhawks on Friday, March 28th.

This is week one of the MLS season; not sure why RBNY doesn't have a league game that weekend.

Is there a way to provide us with a schedule as to when they'll be training at Montclair as far as a time schedule? Also are these training sessions open to the public?

    From Ives:

"10am- Head coach Juan Carlos Osorio has arrived and it looks like his brain is going a thousand miles an hour. I don't have the heart to tell the prospects in this bubble but I think Osorio's mind is on the foreign players he's hoping to sign."

Ives posted a list of today's trialists. Some familiar names to those familiar with the NYC soccer scene...

From Ives: The Red Bulls have extended invitations to the following non-roster invitees who took part in this week's mini-camp:

    Marshall Leonard
    Tighe Dombrowski
    Teddy Niziolek
    Martin Nunez
    Chris Megaloudis
    Ricky Schramm
    Bill Gaudette
    Kevin Mesa
    Scott Palguta

Matt Kassel may join them as well (if it won't impact ability to potentially enroll in college).

Hammarby (sweden) will play RBNY on friday 10:00 am. Hammarby are also on a pre-season training camp in LA (Home depot center) invited by AEG who owns 49% of the club.

The only player you've heard of in Hammarby is probably Charlie Davies in your u23/olympic team.

    Anyone going to the game?

the only preseason games we might be able to watch is the Carolina Challenge Cup which is in Mid-March.

That article sucks...and not just because of the Dema comment. "Osorio likes chicken nuggets," said one source. "McDonalds Chicken Selects are healthier," said another source.

    Wha, wha, what???

Whatever that may mean, here's a nice pic of Dema about to go studs up on Diego Serna at training camp:

I just hate unfounded comments like that. It's basically an article communicating hearsay, who knows how accurate any of it is.

Yeah, that's right . . watch your ass Diego!
