Honestly, I was wondering if he was just having a bad game, but he's SO bad in just the right spots, it really looks like he's playing for Mexico. Everytime something bad happens, he's right nearby looking clueless. We're playing 10 on 12!

Of course, after the shocker of a first half he had, it was up to Bradley to not to send him back out for the second and he did, against all reason.

He and Moor should never be allowed to wear anything in red, white or blue ever again.

Somebody needs to teach Drew Moor how to mark on set pieces. Both mexico goals came off of piss poor defending on his part.

Easily the two worst USA players on the pitch tonight. Moor managed to give up two goals by himself. Thats hard to do. Corrales got beaten more often than my Sonics this year and he fouled more than Gooch. He was old and sloowwwwwwww. Pearce was hurt right? Because if he wasnt he should of got the nod, even Parkhurst outwide woulda have been better.

I guess Moor is young and still has a chance. On the other hand I'd start Cherundolo, Simek, and Spector over him at that position (and maybe others like Wynne). Maybe Moor plays extremely well in practice and Bob wanted to test him in a tough game. He did send in that beautiful cross for Jozy, we'll see in highlight reels for 50 years as Jozy's first US goal.

Corrales? I didn't understand that selection at all. He's an older guy, who didn't get much playing time at Brann. Granted, Brann won the Norwegian league this season. What I'm saying is Brann's no cupcake club to play for. Still, in this friendly I would rather have seen a younger guy put thru the ringer. Why not test Heath Pearce's mettle in this one?

we all know corrales and moor will not be a large part of our team going forward. but as of now, we dont have a lot of options in the fullback positions. let them enjoy this experience, they will most likely never play on this big of stage again.

Aside from the brilliant cross Moore sucked Donkey nutrs I never want to see his stupid arse in a US uniform again. He got beat TWICE on set plays by fricking Johnny Magallon who SUCKS!!

Then Vela made him his Beeach all game like Landon made Salcido his Beeach.

Only Hugo was smart enough to take Salcido out While Bradley left both Corrales and Moor in.

Bradley outcoached by Hugo today. Did you see even the Mexican players shook hands at the end of the game.

Gooch played great tonight but wow corrales and Moor were just abyssmal. Moor might as well have put in those goals himself because his marking was terrible. Anyway, after seeing Pearce, Corrales, and Johnny B. I can see that Bornstein is our number one as well as Churundolo on the right side. Although, I would like to see more of Albright, Wynne, and Spector vying for that right back spot.

Only because they didn't lose, if Dempsey's goal would have counted I think that they would of showed their usual lack of class.

Bornstein?????? Heath Pearce played a solid game against Mex in the Gold Cup when it counted. Didnt Bornstein get torched repetedly by Mex when he go the chance to play? I agree about Wynne and Spector but we need a heady physical back against Mexico like Simek who stuck it to Guaradado in the Gold Cup Finale. Albright sucks on D. He couldnt cover my Grandma. Albright would make Drew Moor look like Paulo Maldini defensively.

He was terrible at Man marking! Don't know how old he is. But with his crosses he should play on the right wing. That's the only place he made any positive contribution.

Bad Math! Moor + Corrales = USA draw

That was nice to see. I was getting a little worried for the BIG fella!

Never seen Albright let up 2 goals in one game, and on set pieces too.

I really don't think you can argue those depth charts too much. I guess we shouldn't be all that surprised given the fact we trotted out our 7th string RB & LB against Mexico.

Hehe. Thank god they are that far down the list. Here's what I was thinking was the real depth chart that USA had tonight for those 2 positions.

    RB Depth Chart:

    1) A scarecrow.
    2) Mannequin wearing a USA team jersey.
    3) Corky from the TV show 'Life Goes On'.
    4) Homeless guy that yells at people on I-5.
    5) Wallbanger of Gary Neville.
    6) Heather Mitts.
    7) Drew Moor.

    LB Depth Chart:

    1) Scuba Dan.
    2) Tupac Shakur.
    3) My 6 year-old dachshund Hobagi (she covers a lot of ground, but lack of height kills her on high crosses).
    4) Ling-Ling, the Amazing Panda!
    5) A tree.
    6) A stump of a tree.
    7) Ramiro Corrales.

awesome. thanks for a morning comedy.

what really bothered me was beyond set piece horrible defending, was that our back line seemed to just use the american youth soccer staple of "booting it" upfield rather than looking for a target.

Yes, it could have been far worse - it could have been Chris Albright. My worst fears and nightmares have been realized now that I have to watch this "I can't complete a decent pass..." and "I'm a typical US defender with a huge ineffective work rate and no idea what to do..." come to play for my favorite MLS team...

Heck, at least he didn't see the field last night - Corralles was putrid. Does he know Bradley from somewhere and does Bradley owe him money or something?

Lets all wave Corrales and Moor goodbye and wish them luck in their future endeavor. Thank you Corrales for fouling anyone or anything in the same spot. Moor, thank you for making Magallon look like Henry.
