After the loss to Atalanta we are at home vs. Genoa, who we played in the first game of the season and won.

Genoa is playing good, especially Marco Borriello, who we own. Ancelotti said in an interview today that Milan are following him and he's not excluding the possibility that he can be on the roster next season.

Kalac looks set to start again in goal as Dida is still injured.

If we don't win tomorrow, our hopes for the 4th spot will be reduced even more. We must win, period. I hope Kaladze gets back to his old self and maybe we can continue on our home winning streak of this calendar year.
Ronaldo and Pato should start again.

Ronaldo not called up because of a muscular problem:

hopefully cafu gets a shot, he is the best attacking option down the right flank milan has. yes, bonera has been sound defensively, but with no wide players in midfield mlan needs an offensive push from the fullbacks, not just defensive solidity. disappointed not to see janks called either, i had heard there was an outside chance he could be there

seems like we are going back to christmastree-formation again.....
i'd like to see maldini start on the left and maybe cafu or oddo (i want to see him given a real chance not a 15min substitution when we are behind)
also ancelotti said we will rest seedorf for some of the upcoming matches. maybe some real chance for gourcuff?

For fcuk sakes, we're screwed again. What the hell is up with 99?!
No attacking flanks, one striker - just great...

finally get to see gourcuff get some real minutes.... hopefully we play oddo on the right and maldini on the left and bonera in the center with nesta... oddo is seriously out of form but he is not going to regain it sitting on the side lines... we need to bring him in...

i hope that we play gourcuff instead of seedorf and not ambro... gourcuff is a more attack minded player and we need the attack...

if we are not clinical, we will most like lose or draw... we need to take our chances and close out the game...

welcome, no i think 4-4-2 will be played.

I bet we will see a lot of ambrosini and seedorf from here on out in the 4-4-2 to keep him fresh, since seedorf has to work hard in his role in the 4-4-2. I wouldn't get my hopes up for a gourcuff start, but he may get a solid amount of time as a sub as opposed to the 8-10 minute run outs he has been getting of late.

kaka rarely has two mediocre games in a row, i think he will come out golden tomorrow. just a feeling.

looks like 4-5-1 with pato at the top .

yeah, i like his movement and what his pace gives, he was able to run onto some of those deep balls over the top, but his finishing was poor. then again, i feel almost every player has been hot and cold. seedorf had some nice touches, but fell out of the game, kaka has been drawing fouls and causing problems, but had some poor give-aways, pirlo has had some nice passes and worked hard on d, but his set pieces have been nauseating, nesta had a good game...until he nearly gift-wrapped their opener, kalac did well with his shot-stopping, and then he did a poor dsitribution out to ambro which resulted in him being suspended, etc.

end of the day, even with the possession and some of the opportunities, this just ain't good enough. need to step up the quality across the board, from the defense through the midfield, and up top. If we don't more points will be dropped today.
