1-0 Caen, through Toudic. Horrible start.

Mandanda with a "save"....um..yea..that was 2-0. But I'll take it.

    The defending has been disastrous.

Cisse! 1-1! Off a set piece, the ball goes off someone and falls to Cisse, who shoots it off Costil, and it just crosses the line.

Um...wow. That's about all I've got right now. Wow. Valbuena!! What a goal! 2-1.

Valbuena, again! A very nice chip from outside the box, Costil gets a hand to it but can't keep it out. 3-1.

Halftime, 3-1. After a shaky start, the last 25-30 minutes were very good.

Cisse! A nice, powerful strike to the far bottom corner from just outside the box makes it 4-1.

And its a hattrick for Cisse. He runs onto a ball from JAK, goes one on with the keeper and calmly slots it away. 5-1.

    It seems so. :D

He's just come off for Akale, and got the deserved ovation.

Nasri misses out on his second just before the fulltime whistle..ah well, 6-1 isn't all bad.

A great result, obviously, and hopefully some momentum to carry over to the CdF fixture with Monaco next weekend.

I didnt see that coming at all.

Cisse definately has his confidence back, there's no denying it. Will he get a call up to the A squad for France?

Considering he's one of Domenech's favorites, I wouldn't be shocked if it happens, though I think a Jérémy Ménez would bring more to the squad at the moment. We'll be able to see them both in the CdF match in a week.

He did alright..he was definately the least noticeable of the attacking players, but that's mostly because Nasri, Cisse, and Valbuena were all fanastic.

I'd like to see Nasri and Benzema linking up again soon for Les Bleus.
