Regarding points 1 and 2. Do you mean that in case of 3 teams getting equal number of points, they will recalculate the points of those 3 teams only and ignoring the results of the fourth team in the group? VidER
Yes, otherwise it is redundant Criteria 1 would be the same number as the points earned with all 3 matches calculated Criteria 2 & 3 would be repeated in criteria 4 &5, which clearly states all matches --
