The Girlfriend & I are heading to watch our Jayhawks in the Orange Bowl on Jan. 3rd, and we both have lots of vacation days at work so we figured we might as well make a vacation of it. So... we booked a room in Key West from Dec 30th-2nd. I've always wanted to go, but really, I'm not quite sure why. Who has been there? What should we expect? What should we do?
Was there about 10 yrs. ago and really enjoyed it. VERY laid back, weather's great of course. Lots of shops, cafes & bars. Was there in spring so i'm not sure when their busy season is.
