If the team is going be renamed anyway, maybe it is not worth to keep the old site up at this moment.

Not a good sign at all :p It was up yesterday: saw it had a story about Morales on the Beach US Soccer team

Any more updates about the possible ownership?

Hey Guys...hang in there, there should be info within 7-10 days. The USL AGM is just 2 weeks away, so decisions will be made soon. The website was being maintained by the league, we will find out what happens from here. As soon as there is something to report, it will be posted for all of you, and I will keep "Bruiser" informed. No gloom yet...stay positive. Hopefully we will have something to put our energy towards soon.

I will be heading to the USL AGM in Tampa as part of the San Francisco Seals contingent. I will definately pass along any information regarding the Vics if there has been no news before then ...

The USL site still has them up on thier local web page and the phone number is still active and answering. Perhaps as part of relaunching of the new ownership there needs to be a severing of all things from the past ownership, possibly including web hosting and site maintenance for the "official" site. It was up yesterday but it being the beginning of the month and the start of another invoice period it could be as simple as not getting a bill paid. If Pieterman stiffed the refs, USLLive, Ambulance Service... why not a web host as well. The story about Yuri Morales and Silva appearing on the official site gives me hope that things are good. I hope Antonio from the Seals can deliver good news about 'Our Victory' or at least get the scoop so we know what the issues were to killing a deal with new ownership. The web site has gone down before. I am saying my prayers and keeping my fingers crossed.

We should know soon enough. The USL meetings are taking place next weekend so we will know for sure wether we have a team or not.

I clicked that site on this thread, the USL Fans website & the official USL website. It's popping up page not found. I have a bad feeling they are done, but I don't want to discourage you guys. Let's hope it's a re-branding.

Man, the silence is deafening. What will we know and when will we know it?

I read with great interest that my favorite English side is thinking of backing a USL team. I'd be in heaven if the Hammers chose SF!! C'mon you Irons!!
