I really like the show. I wish they would put a bit more action in the shows on a consistant basis as the domestic life bullshit can be a bit much sometimes. The good news about the domestic stuff is that the chicks are hot. I'm looking forward to the new season.

    Me too. :)

    I wouldn't worry.

I'm sure that the show's producers got an earful from the fans after the first season and subsequently dropped the Colonel Ryan - Tiffy Gerhardt affair (except for near the very end of the second season, when the consequences were actually pretty interesting).

Also, the action picked up quite a bit after the first two relatively-slow episodes last season.

She's in the upcoming The Sarah Connor Chronicles as... a good Terminator.

Pretty intense season premiere last night, which turned out to be Part 1 of 2.

I'm glad that I saved second-season finale I recorded last Friday and watched it right before watching the season premiere so that the details for the former were fresh in my mind for the latter.

Next week: the conclusion of the season finale/premiere arc.

    No kidding!

As the guy said, the hunted became the hunters. With the evidence the Unit now holds over the CIA, the Unit should remain operational for quite a while.

I guess all's well that ends well, except for Tiffy and Mack.

Easily one of the top five shows on TV, along with House, Criminal Minds, The Shield, and Heroes.

The scene where Bob creeped out the mom into leaving the playground so he could make the pickup was hilarious.

Goodsport, why were you on BigSoccer at 5:40 am your time??

Another good episode last night, this time with the Unit stopping a cell from hitting the St. Louis Cardinals' divisional playoff game with a single-engine plane carrying a potentially-devastating nerve agent flown from a remote part of Arkansas.

How ironic was it that Colonel Ryan was the one who had to deal with their continuing marital crisis?

Interesting episode yesterday with Jonas at home dealing with his daughter dropping out of her final year of college to enlist in the Army, with the rest of the Unit (except for Grey, who wasn't in the episode) rescuing American embassy personnel and their families in Abidjan, Ivory Coast from insurgents bent on killing them.

Not a bad episode. Virtually no wife drama, thankfully, and the bit with Jonas and his daughter was actually pretty good. I'm suprised he didn't push her harder to finish school so she can enroll in OCS.

Good point, but did his daughter already sign the enlistment papers? Wouldn't it be too late for her to back out to finish school if she did?

Pretty good episode yesterday with Brown at home helping his pregnant wife Kim and their children while the rest of the Unit (minus Grey, for the second straight episode) tracked down a terrorist "mule" at the airport in Marseille, France carrying a chip inside him with information on several terrorists and then used him to track down a terrorist cell there.

And according to the ending, things don't look too good for Tiffy's and Mack's marriage.

Another good episode this week with Jonas, Mack and Grey temporarily assigned to MP duty to escort/protect an unruly pop diva performing for troops in Iraq, with Brown involved with a bumpy Justice Department prisoner transfer, and with Williams trying to woo a strong-willed tavern waitress.

With Tiffy's and Mack's marriage seemingly on the rocks and Colonel Ryan long separated from his wife, it looks like their affair is on again.

Next week: it looks like the Unit will lose a member. :(

    Goodsport,

My thoughts on the airport handoff that Brown actually arranged the killing/suicide of the prisoner. Did you take it that way? He mentioned how he had to force the daughter into the room and Ryan said something that it needed to be done.

I think that this has been the best season of the three. Writing is more focused and the ongoing narrative a bit more dark. The staging of the field work has been outstanding.

Judging by the conversation between Brown and Ryan near the end of the episode, I think that's exactly what happened, though the career of the Justice Department officer that accompanied Brown was sacrificed in the process.

I completely agree. While the series has always been good, it seemed to really take it up a notch near the end of last season onward.

You can go to the show's website and click on the "Watch Full Episodes Now" link.

This past week's episode ("M.P.s") is already available to watch. :)
