    We're playing Rabotnicki of Macedonia.

Rabotnicki are best known for being the arch-nemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog.

If we don't knock these guys for six were as good as doomed, and thats being optimistic.

    Re: UEFA Cup

    So it goes: -

UEFA Cup Group F Matchday One
    Bolton Wanderers v SC Braga
    Thursday 25 October 2007
    At Reebok Stadium

UEFA Cup Group F Matchday Two
    Bayern Munich v Bolton Wanderers
    Thursday 8 November 2007
    At Allianz Arena

UEFA Cup Group F Matchday Three
    Bolton Wanderers v Aris Thessaloniki
    Thursday 29 November 2007
    At Reebok Stadium

UEFA Cup Group F Matchday Four
    Crvena Zvezda v Bolton Wanderers
    Thursday 6 December 2007
    At Stadion Crvena Zvezda

If we bank the home games I think we might just scrape through with a draw at Red Star. I hate Bayern with a passion but just can't see us getting anything in Munich.

Yeah I can agree with you on that one. Just remember that Anelka and Diouf, among others, will get all kinds of stupid racism thrown their way in Belgrade.

    Re: UEFA Cup

I'm so utterly disappointed with the home games though. We get a couple of no-marks coming to the Reebok.. errr... yay, that'll bring the fans in. We struggle to get decent crowds for European games anyway, I can't see more than 12000 being there for those two.

Just over 10,000 there last night. Even my low estimate was too high.

    Bolton 1-1 Aris Thesaloniki

Well, we scabbed that one! Not quite through to the next round yet but it's looking promising as it seems Red Star are pants.

i don't know about you guys but i find that disgusting we should be winning games like this hopefully we'll make it through
and hopefully in the EPL we will have a better time against the teams like Wigan, Sunderland, Middelsbroogh, Fulham and Burninghamor else were in deep shit

To be perfectly honest I'd rather us stay in the Prem than do well in the UEFA, he virtually started with a second team last night.

I was wondering why Anelka and Diouf were benched, while a 4-5-1 was being played.

Win and we're through, draw and I reckon we might just scrape it if Aris beat Braga, lose and we're doomed!

Can you say weak squad? Anelka, Davies, Nolan, and Jussi are all home in England and Dioufy didn't make the gameday squad.
Al-Habsi as our no. 1 in January? Perhaps?
