    MLS needs more :
    1. Canadien teams, Soccer in Canada is huge, Vancouver and Montreal will be as successful as Toronto when they are hopefully the 17th and 18th clubs of MLS.
    2. More talk about a second division. The MLS has built a niche in the US sport scene by being different, (Superliga, open cup). It is time to maybe think about merging with the USL in about 10 years. They should rebrand the league MLS 2 and the league should have teams with SS stadiums. The most succesful teams in USL will be excepted along with any expansion teams. Smaller cities will love to have a team of their own that can one day possibly play against the top teams in the country. Unlike the North America model where fans in smaller cities get to watch the big clubs farm teams. These Farm teams often relocate and the players are constantly coming and going all season long.
    3. NOT more but One North American championship tournament, Now i love when MLS teams play clubs from other countries but this is now getting confusing. Either Superliga or CONCACAF , Pick one. And have the caribbean and central america clubs be represented so it is a true championship.

I have come to the opininion that Pro/Rel should just never be brought up in any thread until every current MLS team is profitable and has a good youth program in place. Once that happens I would be happy to hear what people think. Even better we should just give Pro/rel its own sub-forum and just throw any post that mentions pro/rel in there

Better coaches. Idealy you would want good quality European Coaches but seeing as how that is more of pipe dream I would say hire ex-MLS players or players that have distiguish them selves at the national level like Agoos or Ramos or Wynalda they should be out there teaching the younger generation about the game instead of in booths playing monday monder quaterback.

I don't know if it's a pipe dream. Perhaps the likes of Bora or Carlos Quieroz will be available.
I agree. They should look for ex-MLS players like Dominic Kinnear or Mo Johnston. I wonder what they're doing these days? I think Frank Yallop could win some MLS Cups if given the chance. What do you think about Jason Kreis as a potential MLS coach?

Don't forget Preki. He had some good moments with the national team. Why doesn't MLS hire guys like him?

I can think of guys who are European and have experience playing in America!

    - Ray Hudson
    - Thomas Rongen
    - Mo Johnston
    - Frank Yallop

All we have to do is hire these guys, and our problems are solved! Whoooppppeeeeeee!

Tom Soehn looks like he has some potential as a coach too. Some MLS team should sign him up.

Tom Soehn! Now you're just reaching for any early MLS defender you can think of! Next thing you know someone's going to suggest someone like Curt Onalfo for a job.

MLS needs two more expansion teams, one in North Dakota and the other in South Dakota. Imagine FC Bismark vs. Pierre Coyotes, the rivalry between these two teams would surpass any rivalry known to mankind:eek:

Broadcast coverage with commentators who are actually watching the game and commenting on the action on the field.....unlike last night.

Rob Stone: "Now the galaxy have scored this team is in great form. It reminds me of Blah Blah for Hollywood United. That guy needs to train better. Scott Garlick needs to do some more running. We sure are going to beat the DC reserves in the Marco Etcheverry testi.... JOSE ALTIDORE SCORES FOR THE RED BULLS...monial. Eric aren't you playing in that game?
