Memo was a beast between the post. he kept the game from being a blow out. Hes on the fast track out of American and on his way to Europe.

I like How Castro played on the right side. Held his own against some great players.

Nery needed to pass the ball way more.

Really! Shit, Brazil is preparing for their WCQ's which start next month. What is Mexico preparing for? I believe nothing yet. Hugo can learn a lot from this lost, which I believe we played really well. I say 15 minutes for Dos Santos and Vela were fair enough to bad they didn't have the ball that much.

Tactics? I thought they were the same tactics that won us the game 2-0 against Brasil last time. But again, nobody talks about when they work but talk about it when they don't work. Difference this time Brasil's stars were playing and Nery couldn't do crap today... that's all. No shame losing to Brasil so no one to blame. Just a friendly guys

    THANK YOU!!

i really hate it also that Hugo gets the blame when we lose

clearly, in this game it was stupid defensive errors that cost us the game. we played well, but our marking sucked on the goals. Torrado should have been marking Kleber on that first goal. Kaka got an assist by Rafa. and Rafa and Magallon let the ball bounce when one of them should have cleared it before that one dude put in it.

but i do bame Hugo for being stubborn in waiting until the last 15 min of the game to finally make subs.

btw, we have 2 games coming up next month: the 14th and the 17th, which are both fecha FIFA. Hugo better start Vela and Gio those games.

I hate playing with two D-mids. We get absolutely NOTHING from the center. Jonny Magallon makes more runs than them!

and what of those tactics against argentina? and trust me that game against argentina was not a friendly. So who's fault is it that nery couldn't get the ball? Or that Gio and Vela came in with less than fifteen minutes left?

"No shame losing to Brasil so no one to blame"
Your starting to sound like a spazzo. Mediocre teams accept mediocre results, and we are not mediocre.....

Se nota que no sabes nada de futbol ni de tacticas.

A un equipo como Brasil con jugadores como Kaka y Ronaldinho le tienen que hacer marca escalonada. Si no se pasean como si nada por el medio campo.

    Fine, i'll reply.

Losing by two goals is unacceptable. Especially the way we lost.

We're not a small minded team, we can't just brush this aside and say, "oh, it's just a friendly, we'll learn from this"

    Time to get drunk

Why would I shut up? Did we attack from the center? No...we rely on crosses and we're not big enough to beat anyone at headers. It makes no sense.

BTW, I'm not dissapointed in the result at all. I just think we could've done things better.

what is a 3-1 loss to you? Do you call it "Happy to hang with the best but kind of sad that we lost" Don't try to be a leader and tell people who or where they can post....

Before I get started, I just want to say that Hugo dropped the ball this time. I like what he's done so far but his ego cost some guys invaluable playing time. Why put Vela and Gio with 20 min left?

Ok, our MOM is Memo, he truly is world class.

Defense, Rafa was the only weak link...too many brain farts. Israel is definitely earning his call ups, Salcido was quality as was Magallon. Although, I thought it was stupid for magallon to move up in attack and have Rafa be the last line.

Midfield, Guardado was very good, hustled like crazy and created nice chances. Correa and Torrado played well, but were complete poo poo on offense. Arce, took a step back, blew some nice chances. I thought he was very mediocre.

Forwards, Nery was crap. He was selfish and foolish most of the time. I know he contributed on the goal but it doesn't excuse his poor decision making. Cacho was ok, scored the goal. Giovani and Vela looked up for it, but didn't have much of a chance to make a difference...very disappointing.

I personally don't feel too bad about losing, i thought Brazil's goals were typical of the type we give up. We are definitely not a team that should concede corners or cheap fould near the box....we suck so hard on those.

Not do everything but do you think the score would have been different had they played the entire second half?
