I am beginning to assemble the numbers to calculate the USL-1 attendance figures (USL-2 figures can be found in the "Crystal Palace USA' thread). a check of the match reports on the USL site got me all but three of the attendance numbers. the missing matches are as follows: April 15 - Rochester @ Miami August 4 - Portland @ Minnesota September 9 - Seattle @ Minnesota Once I am able to obtain figures for these three matches, I will begin calculating the numbers. I hope to post the report by week's end. By the way, would anybody be interested in seeing the PDL and W-League attendance numbers?
UPDATE: Visits to the teams' websites netted me the three missing figures. I should have the report up tomorrow or Thursday.

I noticed one discrepancy between the numbers on the above-linked site and those i got from the match reports. Game 10 for Seattle (8/11 vs. Minnesota) is listed on Soccer City as 3,867. the match report has it as 2,867. http://www.uslsoccer.com/stats/2007/385728.html If the 2,867 figure is correct, these numbers should bbe revised accordingly: Seattle total: 47,545 -> 46,545 Seattle average: 3,396 -> 3,325 League total: 802,586 -> 801,586 League average: 4,777 -> 4,771 I just checked the sounders site. It said 3,867. Does anyone know which one is the typo.
I have given the Sounders the benefit of the doubt on that one, but you're right, the official league number is 2,867. MLSinCleveland, you can use the numbers as you wish. I didn't publicize the site much because I was inconsistent in updating it.
