Korea is a country full of idiots. Hence, more fans you have, more idiots you will have amongst your supporters. I wonder if Suwon fans have forgotten what they did to Lee Chunsoo just few months ago.
Korea is a country full of idiots?
Like I said, shut the hell up. When it comes to K-League and football, my country is full of idiots. Can't you see? It's something many of us would agree upon. You can go criticize them if you'd like. If you for a moment think I'm not Korean, why don't we share phone numbers and see who's right? Oh crap, you are scrared shitless when it comes to talking with "kids."
"Scrared?" LOL. As I said. If you criticize Korea that harshly you might as well go to the Japan forum. You ******.
Before I begin, let me mention that Ahn used to be my favorite player. But this incident showed how much of a tight-arse Ahn really is. People talking shite to players at a game have always been around and will continue. Sounds like a FC Shite witch-hunt to me, more than anything else.
I watched this clip of Ahn going into the stands with my brother-in-law. It's interesting to see that Ahn states (loosely translated to English) "It's because of people like you that football here can't develop." I thought fans talking sh*t to the opposition was an integral part of football and evidence that people take football very seriously. I'm waiting for the day when we see a passionate rivalry in Korea that FourFourTwo will cover in their "derby" section each month. Not to the point where people are killing each other (like they occasionally do in Argentina) and not to the point where bands of hooligans set up fights via text messaging (i.e. Feyenoord vs Ajax)...but I mean a healthly passionate rivalry that captivates the country and where, yeah, sh*t is flown back and forth between clubs, fans and supporters. Maybe that already exists between FC Seoul and Suwon... but that kind of sh*t pumps up football. So if Ahn is more comfortable playing in front of passive crowds and half-empty stadia, then so be it. But it's not surprising since Ahn seemed to always be the player who took the path of least resistance throughout his career. Great goalscorer for the national side, but as a club footballer his career was always second rate.
