I'm quite dissapointed, I love them to bits, probably the best boots I have ever had, they look ace. But my +Predators, have started to break after only wearing once. I know its no big problem, but the red lines that go up through the boot have started to come away. :(

If it's happened and you've worn them once I would take them back fella. Where did you get them from?

Got them from Sports World, but it's only a tiny little piece is coming away. Doesn't bother me. And just wondered, is wearing them in the bath, the best way to get them to mould to your feet?

not to knock on you individually but how many times are people going to ask this type of question? the same answer as always applies DO NOT wear your boots in the shower or bath and DO NOT apply any type of leather food, both will lead to the leather drying out faster than normal and lead to cracking

Well obviously that's just my opinion and my experience, and that of the majority of people on this board (just making a disclaimer so people don't start crying about leather food again)...

The best way to wear boots in is to just wear them. Wearing them in the bath may well make them mould to your feet quicker but it can also warp the sole plate (which can cause breakage), cause the glue to crack (so that your boots end up falling apart) and can do more harm than good to the upper.

is that a leather upper? that would be the best move adidas could do for the f50 line... offer a standard k-leather upper option...

I like the white ones. I'm a bit disappointed that they have stuck with similar colourways to the current version though. They could have done something a little different.

Doesn't look like they have made a better chasis either  that was always one area of the boot i thought needed improving more than anything else.

I'd like to call the FG Rugbys a "professional model" if you will. I'm pretty sure you can't get FG Rugbys anywhere but there are professional rugby players wearing them. There's a pic of Jonny Wilkinson wearing FG Rugbys floating around here somewhere.

I do reccomend the SG version though, I have a pair and they're really nice.

Edit: They Rugbys have the adidas hybrid stud, it's a blade but has an additional small rounded part on the end, like a typical SG boot. They're fully FIFA approved.

sorry to cut the flow of the rugby preds, but i have a predator accelerator question....difference between the accelerator I fg's and the accelerator II fg's?

i know that version II is 'improved', as with the precisions....but how?

    thanks in advance.

    Are they new?

Lots of ppl just use tape. If they are new you could try putting a clothes peg on them to get them to crease and then they will hopefully stay down.

The other option i know some ppl on here have done is stitching some elastic onto the tongue so it stays in place.

when u got 'em in the closet or wherever you store them... stuff 'em with socks and rubber band the tongue down. The socks simulate your foot being in them and eventually the tongue will stay down on its own.
