Yep, Sunday 5pm at HDC. Should be another tough match but I somehow feel better about getting 3 points here. 2-0 is my prediction. See ya guys at the game.

Seems like every game is bigger and more important than the last this time of year. Jozy is questionable for NYRB, this will help us.

I like our chances adn am glad Preki was alittle pissed off after last game about the results. We will come out firing on all cylinders and attack attack atack. The East coast teams don't seem to have the conditioning to last 90 minnutes of attacking soccer in the West coast heat. Look for us to dominate the last 30 minutes.
Also Bruce Arenas HATED playing in So Cal with the MNT hopefully this pissy attitude will still be there adn trickle down to his team and they will just be thinking about geting out of here

    3-1 Chivas

I'll go with Glyco and predict a 2-0 victory for our boys. Juan Pablo Angel will be isolated without the help of Jozy Altidore. This is our house, don't even think about stealing a victory out here!

I also think we will get a win and it shouldnt be too hard, if our boys come out with everything.

I agree that getting THREE points from this game are a little better then against D.C., this should be another solid game...

    √ 3 more points
    √ Another clean sheet
√ No injuries or red cards
    √ Rested some players early
√ Another good performance for Chivas USA.

Another good night at the Home Depot Center. :)

The new player, Flores, didn't seem too bad. His shot, although off-target, had a lot of pace behind it. With a little bit more training he's sure to become another class member of Chivas USA.

Tonight's game was great. My only disappointment came from Merlin, who hesitated and screwed up more than one goal-scoring opportunity. Other than that, great performance from the boys.

I think Flores looked decent and hopefully he develops nicely for us. As for Merllin I think he had a pretty decent game, he created the penalty and was getting well behind the defenders. That said I think his finishing need some work.

Do you guys think we have the most dept of most of the teams in MLS if not all? I do, every time a substitution occurs I have this confidence in our players coming in that they will contribute well. :)

FUTGOD I think attendance was between 10 - 11K, at least thats what it says in MLSnet.com. A slight better then Thursday.

i just got back from the biking to the game. Good game. Chivas were clearly the better team on the day. Good goals, especially Gallindos second. The attendance is stated as 10,000. That might be a bit high, but way more people were sitting in the shady side (not seen by cameras) than on the sunny side. The attendance is still pretty bad though. Chivas are finally winning some games and look, really, really good and there are less people attending than the previous seasons.

10,292 was the official number. Now a days if we break 10,000 I am happy. Obviously attendance could be better but I have to look at the bright side. :)

did anyone else notice after galindo scored his first goal, he did his little dance and then accidently flipped off the crowd (hand in elbow of other arm)

    great win.

sacha has been an ALLSTAR the 2nd half of the season. he's SOLID.

st pats got tons of close ups.

on to clinch the superclasico series and claim Los Angeles as ours.

I think "hand in elbow of other arm" was meant to be a dig at NYRB, kind of like I stuck it to them. He would have to reason to flip the supporters.

What a great game! 3-0 baby...Bruce, I thought you had Chivas figured out you big talker you.

Anyone is more than welcome to sit with us for this Thursday's Super Classico....You have to give me or EastLAChiva your requested ticket numbers by Tuesday.Just know we will be chanting and cheering for Chivas for all of the 90 minutes...Most of you have my number, send PMs if you don't..This is another big game, not because we're playing super pub club, but because we will move into first place in the West. Come out and support the goats...Game time is 8pm. This gives most of us plenty of time to carpool from work to the game...Hold tight Chivas, hold tight St. Pat's!
