FIFA response to Saudi's letter was another joke... 1- Letter was sent after the two hour appeal period 2- FIFA only depends on the players valid passport as a proof of age ________ worth pointing out that the Saudi FA sent photocopies of the players original Sudanese passport while he was studying in a Jeddah University to prove that the player is over olympic age.
He was studying in a local highschool in Jeddah. Its a disgrace, no problem with the fact he's not Qatari, but overage, and if the Saudi FA complained to the AFC, we could understand why they would ignore or deny it (even though AFC is supposed to be pro-Saudi, somehow ). But also FIFA? At least move one of their fixtures to a neutral place, or give the points of the game to Saudi Arabia, but I highly doubt. Any links to FIFA's response ilbaasha?
