I think the Fire win this, but it's going to be ugly. Hopefully Osorio will be on the refs before and during the game about the Crew fouling Blanco. It'd be nice for Rolfe or Wanchope to step up, but I see Blanco doing something Blanco-esque to win the game.

    Fire 1-0

hopefully the ref pays alot of attention to both team's, ahem, foul winning players. Guille and Moreno have been getting next to no calls anymore...

    2007 Stats: 5 matches, 3.60 yellows per match, 0 reds, 1 penalty

Suspended by Next Yellow: Frankie Hejduk (CLB), Guillermo Barros Schelotto (CLB), C.J. Brown (CHI), Calen Carr (CHI), Diego Gutierrez (CHI), Gonzalo Segares (CHI), Bakary Soumare (CHI)

I really should get back to posting my referee prediction because I've gotten the last two right, and I'll take any opportunity to make myself look good.

Also, lucky us. We still haven't gotten Abbey'd in 2007.

    I'd rather get Abby'd than Hall'd.

I'd rather get a swift kick to the testicles than get Hall'd, but you take what you can get.

Yay another must win game with possible playoff implications not being shown on local TV!!

Gotta love how the MLS is getting its big games out there...

MLS has nothing to do with this game not being on TV, it's all on CHICAGO FIRE and Guppy for not getting all the away games on local TV. We should have every away game on TV before they put any of the home games on TV. They just added two games on TV (MyTV 50) and both of them are home games that are already being on TV, why couldn't they put today's game and Oct. 13th game against DC.

Here's some stuff from the game notes on MLSnet.com that might get at your question:

So we were playing a 4-5-1? If we added chad as another forward with chrid in the midfield it could be interesting.

So Conde got his visa on Friday, so he's going to be in the starting lineup right. So are lineup should be something like this

    -----------------PICKEN----------------

    --ROBINSON-BROWN-CONDE-GUTIERREZ--

    ---------------SOUMARE------------

    --CARR/GUERRERO-------------BANNER--

    ----------------BLANCO-------------

    --ROLFE-------------------WANCHOPE--

If Guerrero is ok to go I'd put him in there over Carr, Carr could come in as a late sub. I like what Banner brought to the last game against NY, he's got speed and looked pretty good last week.

Anybody know if Small Bar on Division has MLS Direct Kick? Or any other bars that will be showing this?

    Starting Lineup
    18 - Matt Pickens (GK)
    2 - C.J. Brown (D)
    4 - Bakary Soumare (D)
    7 - Logan Pause (M)
    8 - Diego Gutierrez (M)
    10 - Cuauhtemoc Blanco (M)
    12 - Paulo Wanchope (F)
    14 - Chris Armas (M)
    17 - Chris Rolfe (F)
    22 - Wilman Conde (D)
    32 - Dasan Robinson (D)

    Substitutes
    1 - Jon Busch (GK)
    3 - Calen Carr
    9 - Chad Barrett
    30 - Mike Banner
    31 - Floyd Franks
    35 - Bruno Menezes
    37 - Daniel Woolard

Looks like Conde is in the starting lineup, we have alot of defensive player in are starting lineup. I hope JCO isn't going for a 1-0 result, because that could be dangerous.

Looks like this ref isn't going to allow a Temo foul gangbang this week.

Scholletto got a yellow for a foul on Blanco. Just subbed out in 10th min for Virtuoso.

O'Rourke is making some nasty moves on our Rolfie. DFK, Chicago, deep in territory, about 10 yards out of the box. O'Rourke will be getting a yellow next.
