Is Rosina talented as good as Cassano?

At the moment, yes, but on top form, absolutely not. Some people will come and tell you he is, but on top form Cassano is above Rosina with ease! Rosina doesnt have the footballing brain of Cassano. Although of course he does have some great traits but the main thing that puts cassano above him IMO is his creativity. Now hopefully Cassano can reach that top form again

By the way, I'm a Toro fan, so if anything I would be biased twords Rosina :)

forzaitalia got it right. Rosina has superb technical ability and skill, but when on form Cassano is on a whole different level.

no, cassano is potentially a champion of the level of del piero, mancini or zola...but rosina on his days he's good, probably already better than some seconde punte who are currently in our squad.

It's hard to compare the two in my opinion. They both have different positions : 2nd punta vs. offensive midfield. In Cassano's career he experienced a peak with Roma and then fell completely off the radar while Rosina is two years younger who is getting better and better with every game. It's 5 years we're takling about Cassano's "potential". The next season will be crucial for him. We'll know more of Rosina's worth in 2 or 3 seasons when he's in his prime.

As for on the field, Cassano is the better fantasista (in his Roma days). Better skill technically, but Rosina had more drive and hunger which for me counts for more.

Rosina is better than Cassano. Cassano looked promising as a Bari player but since then he just hasn't lived up to the hype. His Roma years werent special..he just didnt stand out to me besides his temper. Rosina is better technically, a better dribbler, better passer, and better shooter.

Dribbling isn't everything, you have to look at the overall game of a player, as well as their experience levels. I would say Cristiano Ronaldo is a better dribbler than Kaka, but who out of anyone would pick him in their squad ahead of Kaka?
