Congratulations........however with his and Jazic's recent form it looks like it's harder to become a member of Costco than the Canadian nats

I'm proud any time a FCD player gets called up to his national team. Good luck, Adrian.

I was about to crack the same Serrow joke but now that you mention typhoons... how are you and how is everthing holding up? Additionally, I'm not a Japanese cartographer so where are you in relation to the path?

it's not too bad, I got off work early because they let all the students go home at lunchtime. check the frappr and you can see my dot about halfway up the country (there are two dots, mine's the northernmost one, the other one is koshigaya's.) it should peak here this evening, in a few more hours, from what I've heard.

from the frappr it looks like you may be hard pressed to find high land. is a surge predicted?

actually Japan is covered in high land, even right here on the coast, because it's so mountainous. it's tropical storm-strength, I believe, weaker than a hurricane, and unless it swings out off the land into the ocean I don't think it's supposed to pick up strength. koshigaya might know more if he shows up.

Is it ok to ask women in the streets for a little "pirrowing(pillowing)" during storms for comfort?:D

I'm glad he got called up.

I hope he sits on the bench the entire game (and avoids injury).

Nahh, the brunt of Typhoon 9 hit Chiba.......hopefuly crippling JEF Chiba and causing them to drop to J2
