BECKS LOVES HIS NEW HOME! I don't profess to know Mr. Beckham any better than y'all, but I do have some insight into AEG and the Galaxy .. .. And, despite how badly we've been playing, all reports indicate that BECKS just loves it here (LA & USA in general) .. .. So much so, that one of his representatives commented last week that he doesn't believe Becks will return home (full-time) after his playing career is finished .. .. Clearly, the torrent of abuse he received after his previous WC sending-off has left a sustained wound that lead to his two transfers away from 'home' .. .. He has commented often how patriotic this country is and is still shocked at the generosity of Americans (charity-giving and charity work)! And, notice the lineup next time he plays and how he stands during the national anthem .. .. Most foreign INT's would not face the flag of a foreign country (no problem there-why should they) .. .. But, BECKS pivots and makes sure the stars-and-stripes gets their due respect .. .. It wouldn't surprise anyone here is you see the hand over the heart next season and see him singing the national anthem > He's that kind of guy!
Ive read the same elsewhere how much he loves it here. With his desire to compete and win, I think next season were are gonna do some damage in the league.
