Any idea how to get rid of em? Or treat em? It doesn't seem to matter what boots I wear, I always get them on the balls of my feet and on the inside of my big toes. Also, with the back situation. We do alot of doggies (sprints) at training, therefore everytime I make a sharp turn, there is something in the bottom of my back that pulls. It is fine all of the time, except from when I play football. It goes really tight etc and affects the whole way I play. Can anyone help me?

I'll go with the age old answer that you'll hear most often. Two pairs of socks and vaseline on the areas that get the blisters. That should help prevent the blisters, although I've never known anyone to get them on the inside of the big toes. That makes it sound like your shoes are too tight or possibly that your big toe is starting to curl over (like a bunion), in which case you may need something else like a band-aid beforehand. Just a guess. There are others that say cotton socks will cause too much friction and to get something else as the base layer. I can't say anything about that because I've always worn cotton socks underneath without problem.
